‘Vanderpump Rules’: Jax Taylor And Girlfriend Brittany Cartwright Are Going Strong Despite Cheating Allegations And Weight Criticism

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright may be caught in the midst of controversy on Vanderpump Rules Season 5, but off-screen, they appear to be doing just fine.

As rumors continue to swirl in regard to what went down between Cartwright and her co-star Kristen Doute during the debut episode of the latest season of the Bravo TV reality series, the couple has seemingly proven their happiness by sharing tons of photos and kind messages to and about one another on their social media pages.

In one of Jax Taylor’s latest posts on social media, the reality star shared a photo of himself and his sister, Jenny, and revealed that he and Cartwright were having so much fun in Michigan with his family.

“So glad being home with my sister @jennylynn1884 and her boyfriend @patrick2point0,” Jax Taylor wrote in the caption of the photo on November 19, also tagging his girlfriend. “[We] are having so much fun!! Love to the moon Jen! So proud of you and all your accomplishments!”

Meanwhile, on Cartwright’s Instagram and Twitter pages, she has shared several photos of herself and Jax Taylor in recent days, despite the ongoing criticism into her alleged weight gain.

Since earlier this month, when the fifth season of Vanderpump Rules began airing, Cartwright’s weight has been a hot topic online. According to some fans, Cartwright appears to have gotten bigger in the months since they last saw her on Vanderpump Rules Season 4, and many have been quite cruel with their comments.

Following comments aimed at Cartwright that included allegations of being pregnant and name calling, Jax Taylor threatened to block his haters and report them to his friends over at Instagram.

“Negative comments about myself or the cast, I don’t care, you have no life and are looking for attention BUT…Bullying, body shaming will not be tolerated,” Jax Taylor wrote, according to a report earlier this month by Hollywood Life. “I will block you and blast your comments and have your account shut down, my friends work at Instagram and our huge fans of our show, so please….TRY ME!!! You have been warned.”

Jax Taylor has also made it clear on social media that he loves his girlfriend’s body and appreciates her curves.

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have had a busy month. In addition to the Vanderpump Rules Season 5 premiere party weeks ago, the couple has been tending to their ongoing appearances, which recently took them to New York, and soon, after returning to Los Angeles for a couple of days, Jax Taylor will be traveling to Tampa, Florida.

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright began dating one another at the start of Vanderpump Rules Season 4, and within weeks, Cartwright opted to move from her hometown in Kentucky to Los Angeles, where she moved in with Taylor. At the time of her move, Cartwright attempted to get a job working with Taylor at SUR Restaurant, but unfortunately, after showing up to the restaurant scantily dressed and without a resume, owner Lisa Vanderpump turned her down.

Since then, Cartwright has begun working with her boyfriend at SUR Restaurant, and she has grown extremely close to their co-stars and fellow SUR staffers Scheana Shay, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney and Tom Sandoval. She’s also gotten to know Taylor’s ex-girlfriend, Stassi Schroeder, and is close with former SUR waitress Kristen Doute.
