Blac Chyna Shares Dramatic Weight Loss Just 7 Days After Welcoming Baby Dream: Her Diet Secrets

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian just welcomed their baby girl Dream into the world. But that hasn’t stopped the determined new mom from jump starting her weight loss diet to restore her pre-baby body. Just days after giving birth, Blac has already lost a dramatic amount of weight.

During her pregnancy, Chyna revealed that she wanted to gain 100 pounds. But now that her little girl has arrived, Blac is turning her attention to shedding those pounds, noted Capital FM.

In the seven days since welcoming Dream Kardashian into the family with Rob, Chyna has lost 15 pounds.

In addition to sharing that she has already shed 15 pounds, the proud new mom revealed her goal weight loss, noted the Daily Mail.

Chyna now weighs 177 pounds, and gave her goal weight as 130 pounds. Turning to Snapchat to dish up the details of her weight loss journey, the 28-year-old reality TV star shared a video showing her weighing in on a scale that read 177 pounds. She offered the skinny details in a caption.

“From 192lbs to 177lbs ( 7 days postpartum).”

Blac also revealed that her 130-pound goal was her “starting weight b4 Dream.”

The 28-year-old model and reality TV star, who gained approximately 57 pounds during her pregnancy, also told fans about her pride in her flat tummy during her Snapchat clip, reported ET.

“I can’t believe how flat my stomach is already!!!! Getting dressed tomorrow for the first time can’t wait.”

As for just how Chyna achieved that dramatic weight loss success, she’s also shared her diet with fans previously. She shared a video of a healthy dinner that featured protein, vegetables and a carbohydrate.

Blac Chyna is already working on restoring her pre-baby body.

“I’m about to get this body back right – rice, salmon, salad,” she shared with fans.

When it comes to motivation, Blac posted a picture in which she flaunted her pre-baby body with the caption “TBT.” And Chyna isn’t alone in wanting to win her weight loss goals, ET told readers.

“Both Rob and Chyna have been vocal about their desire to shed the pounds after the arrival of their little girl.”

Kardashian shared a throwback photo with Blac in October on Instagram, sharing his own determination.

“Oh yeah we snapping back lol… baby will be here in 4 weeks and I’m done with carrying this pregnancy weight,” wrote Rob. “Me and my baby gonna be rightttttt… MOTIVATION TIME!! We almost there Chy.”

“Chyna’s fiancé, Rob Kardashian, has also shared with fans that he’s eager to get back into shape,” reported Us Weekly.

Rob turned to his sister Kim Kardashian’s app to share his own determination to win his weight loss wars.

“It’s time for me to lose this damn weight already,” shared Rob.

The throwback photos showed both Kardashian and Chyna appearing slimmer.

As for the details of Blac’s weight loss plan, OK! magazine told readers that during her pregnancy, she was “already making plans to get her post-baby body back and be hotter than before,” citing a source who described the plans.

“Blac’s determined she’s going to lose the baby weight quickly and has given herself a timescale of just 12 weeks to be back into her size 8 clothes,” claimed the insider.

Chyna made plans for “daily workouts that include an hour of weights, 240 squats and pole training,” according to the source, who also shared her diet secrets.

“She’ll be cutting out the junk food too and following a high-protein, low-carb diet — she loves jerk chicken salads.”

And her overall focus, according to the insider, is “getting toned.”

Even during her pregnancy, Chyna was “eating clean” and working out, reported ET.

Turning to Snapchat, Blac shared that she had been improving her diet as well as incorporating exercise into her lifestyle.

“Hey guys, so I decided that I’m actually going to start working out, and here I am! Back at it. Snap back,” she declared.

Chyna told her fans that she had begun “eating more clean and walking.” In addition, Blac described her post-baby weight loss plan, which included a “strict diet” along with “waist training, detox tea and working out.”

However, Hollywood Life told readers that there’s been an issue with coping with cravings when it comes to that post-baby weight loss plan for both Rob and Chyna.

“They were eating so healthy for a few days after they left the hospital but it didn’t last long,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They were craving burgers and fries the other night and Chyna sent her assistant out to pick them up some In & Out. They were in heaven while eating that food and their get-back-in-shape/healthy eating routine on hold right now, at least until after Thanksgiving.”
