Newly released information indicates that Nick made his decision long before filming the overnight dates, and the outcome of the upcoming season will have everything fans look forward every season, including drama, tears, heartbreak, and a romantic proposal.
So, who is the girl Reality Steve says is “definitely” going to win the final rose on the 21st season of The Bachelor? Here’s the latest scoop on the girl who may finally end Nick’s search for love, along with a few photos and videos of the girl who could become his bride-to-be.

Nick and his final three girls arrived in Finland last week to film the overnight dates, but blogger Reality Steve states that Nick’s final pick was a “done deal” early in the season, similar to when Bachelor Ben Higgins had his heart set on Lauren Bushnell the moment she stepped out of the limo.
Of course, Ben professed his love for both Lauren and JoJo on the finale, but die-hard fans of ABC‘s reality dating show know that much of the drama is prompted by producers who want to make the show as dramatic as possible.
On Thursday, Steve released the names of the girls who made it to hometown dates season — Rachel Lindsay, Raven Gates, Vanessa Grimaldi, and Corinne Olympios. Although Steve has yet to reveal the name of the girl who was eliminated before the cast and crew headed to Finland last week, he dropped a major spoiler about the girl who, according to Steve, is currently filming overnights and is “definitely” going to win Viall’s final rose.
According to his most recent spoilers, Reality Steve is confident that fans will see Nick give his final rose to 29-year-old Montreal special education teacher and actress Vanessa Grimaldi, an obvious final pick early-on in the season.
Producers are now half-way through filming the overnight dates and Viall will pick his final two girls at the next rose ceremony that is set to be taped on Friday. However, if his spoilers turn out to be spot-on, Nick won’t have a hard time handing out his final rose when the finale is filmed next week. Apparently, he’s had his eye on Vanessa for weeks.
Earlier in the season, Vanessa was spotted on a one-on-one date with Nick at the Zero Gravity Experience airplane ride at California’s Long Beach Airport. Life and Style states that sources who saw the couple on the date said they were “making out constantly” and “looked totally in love.”
“What I can tell you from everything I’m hearing so far is this: Vanessa is going to win,” Steve writes. “I told you midway through Ben’s season I was hearing it was a done deal with Lauren and that ended up panning out. Told you last season it was basically the JoJo and Jordan show, and that ended up panning out as well. From what I’ve been told, Nick is going to pick Vanessa in the end. Can’t say I’m the least bit surprised either.”
Who is contestant Vanessa Grimaldi? The beautiful brunette contestant hails from Montreal, and although there isn’t a lot of information available online about Vanessa, Steve states that she is a special education teacher in Montreal.
Her IMDB page also reveals that Vanessa Grimaldi has also had acting roles in the movies Blue Mountain State, Being Human, and Ascension. She also appeared in several GameLoft podcasts five years ago — check out the videos above and below to see Vanessa on camera in her pre-Bachelor days.
It’s not clear if Vanessa is a substitute teacher or works full-time, but chances are if she gets engaged to Nick, she may need to take some time off to spend time in the spotlight.
