Ashton Kutcher Replaces Charlie Sheen As TV’s Highest Paid Actor

Ashton Kutcher replaced Charlie Sheen on Two And A Half Men, and now he’s replaced him as the highest paid actor on television.

Sheen held the top spot for years when he was on the hit CBS show but didn’t make Forbes’ top ten this year.

But Sheen shouldn’t be hurting for a paycheck.

According to Reuters, Charlie Sheen made close to $40 million during his final year on Two and a Half Men. Kutcher is at the top of the list this year, but he isn’t anywhere near Sheen’s mark. Kutcher made an estimated $24 million from May 2011 to May 2012.

Sheen had a good run as television’s highest paid actor, and he could soon be back on the list. The star’s new show Anger Management was recently green lit for another 90 episodes.

Behind Kutcher, House star Hugh Laurie and Men Of A Certain Age star Ray Romano tied for second with $18 million. Alec Baldwin of 30 Rock and Mark Harmon of NCIS earned $15 million, Tim Allen of Last Man Standing brought in $14 million, and Kutcher’s co-star Jon Cryer took home $13 million this year.

Patrick Dempsey, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, and Jason Segal complete the top 10.
