WWE News: Huge Update On Schedules Of Brock Lesnar And Goldberg — When Will They First Meet On WWE Television?

The past few weeks on Monday Night Raw, the build-up for Survivor Series had truly started and it was mostly fixated on one big match — Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg. A few weeks ago, the challenge was laid out by Paul Heyman and Goldberg returned the next week to accept it. The next week, it was Lesnar and this week, it was Goldberg. When are the two giants actually going to get their schedules i order and meet face-to-face?

A month ago, Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar walked out on Monday Night Raw and issued a challenge that many fans have waited years to hear. They threw out the challenge for a match to Bill Goldberg who had not wrestled since facing Lesnar at WrestleMania XX over 10 years ago.

The next week, Goldberg returned to the company and accepted the challenge on Raw. The following week in Minnesota, Heyman and Lesnar responded to Goldberg’s acceptance. Just last night, Goldberg was set to respond to their response but Heyman joined in on things to make it at least a little more interesting.

Finally, Goldberg got a little more involved than holding a mic in his hand and talking, but there was still no real big faceoff. Sure, Rusev got out and got things handed to him with a Jackhammer as recapped by the official website of WWE, but when will Goldberg actually confront Lesnar?

According to WrestleZone, neither Goldberg nor Lesnar will be on Monday Night Raw next week due to the organization heading out on a European tour. The next Raw will be in Glasgow, Scotland, and neither of those guys is scheduled for the UK tour set to start soon.

Actually, the next time that either of them are scheduled to appear in WWE is on the Nov. 14 episode of Monday Night Raw as shown on the Live Events page of WWE. Yes, they are both set to be there as of this writing and it is the go-home show for Survivor Series which will take place on Nov. 20.

For now, they are both scheduled to be on that episode of Raw and that isn’t entirely shocking. The week or episodes leading up to a pay-per-view (PPV) almost always includes the headliners and gives that one final push before that weekend’s event.

If by some reason they are kept completely apart on that date, they won’t meet face-to-face until the PPV.

Cards are always subject to change, but after Survivor Series is over, Lesnar and Goldberg are not scheduled for any events through the end of the year. It’s not entirely known when they will be seen again or if they will be seen again in the case of Goldberg.

On a recent episode of Heated Conversations, via Wrestling Inc., Goldberg was interviewed by Booker T about his comeback. He talked about his past issues with the company and how it is a risk for him to get back in the ring at his age and after so long.

Many have wondered just how long Goldberg will be back in WWE, though, and fans tried to determine if him telling Lesnar “You’re last” on his first time back on the mic meant anything. Well, it looks as if things are currently in line for this to be one time, one match.

“I’m treating it as [a one-shot deal], man. That’s what they offered. That’s what I accepted. If they wanted more, they would have offered more. So I took the offer when it came to a mutual decision, which I believe was mutually positive for everybody involved. Dude, I treat it was such. I have a one-match contract and I’m taking it like the last match of my career.”

Goldberg did say that he will move on in life and if something else comes along in the wrestling world, he will consider it. For now, fans should definitely watch Survivor Series as it may be the last time that “The Man” is ever in the ring again.

It has been more than a decade since Goldberg was seen in WWE or in a wrestling ring for a match of any kind. Now, he’s preparing to face off with Brock Lesnar once again, and he’s already unleashed his wrath on Paul Heyman and Rusev. Still, are the two beasts going to face off in two weeks on Monday Night Raw? With the schedules showing both of them set to appear, there will be some kind of confrontation before their big match at Survivor Series.
