Kenya Moore Announces New Relationship: Did She Date Him And Matt Jordan At The Same Time?

Kenya Moore seemed to have it all with boyfriend, Matt Jordan, on the previous season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kenya had talked about having children, possibly getting married and she even revealed that Matt might be moving in with her. All of this happened over the past year when Moore wasn’t filming The Real Housewives of Atlanta with the other ladies. But once the new season started filming, Moore was filming with Matt. Rumor has it that they filmed together on vacation in Mexico, where they get into a huge fight — a fight that may have ended their relationship.

According to a new Bravo report, Kenya Moore is now revealing that she’s been dating once again and she has found a much younger man. Kenya isn’t necessarily looking for someone who can take care of her financially, but she does want someone who is caring, kind and not too self-absorbed. This week, Kenya went on The Real where she talked about her new relationship and it sounds like she may have been seeing this guy around the same time she’s been seeing Matt.

“He’s about 16 years younger than me,” Kenya Moore has revealed about her new relationship with the unnamed man on The Real, according to Bravo, adding, “So there is quite an age difference, but he is wonderful. He’s kind. He’s sweet. He’s intelligent and he loves me.”

Moore revealed that she’s with him “because he’s so generous, not with necessarily money but he is, but his time, his emotions, like he’s very giving.”

Surprisingly, Kenya Moore revealed that she had been seeing this guy for about 18 months, which would be around the time that she was filming the previous season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. And on this season, she was filming with Matt Jordan, talking about how they were dating, planning their lives together and getting serious. Maybe Moore was seeing several people at the time but only invited Jordan to film The Real Housewives of Atlanta with him.

“Well it’s been about a year and a half, we’re still figuring things out because my experience is one thing and relationships, and of course he hasn’t had as much as I have, so sometimes we lock horns. I feel like sometimes I am trying to be patient and I don’t want to emasculate him,” Kenya Moore revealed on The Real according to Bravo, sharing that she wants this relationship to work.

“It’s just like this constant power struggle. I think a lot of if it is because he’s younger and maybe sometimes we just don’t speak the same language. I don’t know anything in particular because it happens a lot, but just like fighting for things I post on Instagram, like little silly things that I’m like if I was dating someone much older, I wouldn’t be fighting about stuff like this,” Moore points out.

It sounds like their relationship isn’t perfect and that their age gap is indeed an issue at times. Maybe Moore tried to date someone her own age and it didn’t work out, as Matt has been rumored to be a violent man, who broke a hotel door on their vacation earlier this year. And maybe Kenya just wanted to see if she could make it work with a much younger man. No word on whether this new relationship will be featured on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, as filming is coming to an end these days.
