Kim Kardashian Makes ‘KUWTK’ Return: Why She Decided To Come Back So Soon After Robbery Attack

Kim Kardashian is reportedly rushing back to shoot scenes for the family’s reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, telling friends that it’s the only thing that will help her get back to a life of normality.

The reality star was held at gunpoint at her apartment in Paris earlier this month, leaving her so traumatized, Kardashian refused to leave her Bel-Air home for almost three weeks after the incident.

Then, of course, it was revealed that over $6 million worth of personal belongings were stolen from Kim Kardashian. And while she has very much struggled in coming to terms with the robbery attack, Kim is desperate to get back on reality TV, hoping that getting back to work will help her ease back into a normal life again.

Following the robbery scandal, Kardashian was alleged to have told producers to put the filming schedule on hiatus, at least until she was well enough to be seen in public again. But according to Hollywood Life, the mother of two has realized that she won’t be able to hide forever, prompting her to make arrangements as she gears up to make her TV comeback.

“Kim [Kardashian] was told that the best thing she could do to recover is get back to normal life as quickly as possible,” an insider tells Hollywood Life.

“For Kim shooting [Keeping Up With The Kardashians] is her normal life. She’s still having huge issues, she’s terrified all the time, especially about someone getting to her kids. But she’s a fighter; she’s not going to hide in terror forever.”

As previously mentioned, Kim Kardashian has struggled to accept the turn of events that took place earlier this month, having often found herself wondering what the outcome would’ve been had she brought along her two children, Saint and North.

While Kanye West allegedly hesitated on the idea of having his wife return to filming KUWTK so soon, Kim Kardashian seems to be certain that getting back on television will help her get back to the person she was before the traumatic incident.

She wants to return being the confident TV star everyone knows her for. Having her life documented by all means seems to be what Kim thinks is the perfect move to find herself again.

According to reports, when Kim Kardashian turned 36 last week, she had a quiet birthday party with family and friends, who abstained from sharing any personal photos on their social media pages, as instructed by the socialite.

Kim has allegedly lost more than $1 million in earnings, after coming to the decision to take a break from reality TV and all of her social media accounts. Kardashian makes the majority of her income through those platforms, so with her being absent from her followers for so long has definitely worried the aging TV mogul a little.

While the recent series of Keeping Up With the Kardashians has officially wrapped earlier than expected, Variety reveals, Kim could have an additional two to three weeks before producers will jump back into production mode for the following series, which will air early 2017.

Kardashian was seen supporting her husband at his “Saint Pablo Tour” earlier this week, prompting outlets to claim that Kim is overcoming her fears of leaving the house following the Paris attack.

Kim Kardashian has made a tremendous effort in order to get her life back on track, but is her return to her reality TV the right move following the events that took place earlier this month?
