Angelina Jolie Interviewed By The FBI For Four Hours In Regard To Brad Pitt’s Plane Fight With Maddox Jolie-Pitt

Angelina Jolie was recently interviewed by the FBI at her rented Malibu home.

Following news that the ongoing child abuse investigation against Brad Pitt has been continued, a report has confirmed that the 41-year-old actress spent a whopping four hours answering the questions of two FBI agents who wanted to know more details about what went down between Pitt and their 15-year-old son, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, on their private jet weeks ago.

According to the new report, Angelina Jolie was questioned along with “some” of her six children, who include Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8, about the September 14 flight in which her estranged husband reportedly drank and became physical with their oldest child.

“The agents wanted a breakdown of everything that happened from when the plane took off to when it landed,” an insider revealed to Us Weekly magazine on October 26. “They’re looking into charges of assault.”

During her long discussion with the FBI agents, a second source claimed Angelina Jolie “fully cooperated” with their investigation.

In addition to the FBI’s investigation, Us Weekly confirmed Pitt was also under investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, who “indefinitely extended” their temporary parenting plan for Pitt and Jolie earlier this week. Originally, the temporary agreement was set to expire October 20.

Because the investigation has continued, Angelina Jolie’s six kids with Pitt will continue to reside with her, while Pitt will be limited to visitation with the children.

In her divorce papers, Angelina Jolie requested full physical custody of her six children and, as TMZ revealed, she did so due to her concerns about Brad Pitt’s parenting methods. According to sources at the time, Angelina Jolie became “fed up” with Pitt’s use of weed and possibly alcohol and felt that his “anger” issue was also dangerous for their children.

Speaking to TMZ at the time, Angelina Jolie’s entertainment attorney, Robert Offer, said the actress made the decision to file for divorce from Pitt “for the health of the family.”

While Pitt is currently seeking joint physical custody of his children, he has not yet responded to Angelina Jolie’s divorce petition. According to Us Weekly, Pitt is holding off on his response in order to avoid a bitter court battle with his estranged wife.

“Neither side wants this to go to court because everything the FBI and DCFS investigated will potentially be made available to the public, which would be bad for the entire family,” an insider explained.

While the FBI’s investigation will continue “well into next year,” according to Us Weekly, the organization would likely wrap up their investigation in the next few weeks. In the meantime, officials have been interviewing other potential witnesses for the case, including members of the flight crew, who were with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt during their trip from Nice, France to Burbank, California.

The FBI “will likely investigate for another few weeks,” said the insider. Then, once they finish, “they will present the case to the prosecutor, who will evaluate whether they feel the need to bring charges against Brad… It could potentially be months.”

Angelina Jolie has remained completely silent in regard to the ongoing case against her estranged husband and has chosen to instead focus solely on her kids as she remains in Los Angeles at their Malibu beach rental. As for Pitt, he is believed to be living in their Los Feliz home.
