Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx Are Finally Ready To Go Public With Their Romance?
Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have reportedly been dating in secret for over three years, but are they finally ready to publicize their alleged relationship?
According to a new report, Katie Holmes, the ex-wife of actor Tom Cruise and mother of his 10-year-old daughter, Suri, may finally be ready to admit to her secret relationship with Foxx, who starred alongside Cruise in 2004’s Collateral.

“If there’s smoke, there’s fire. It’s been three years and the rumors about the Katie Holmes and Jaime Foxx romance won’t just die down. Are the two now ready to publicly acknowledge their relationship?” the outlet continued, revealing that it has been “three years” without an acknowledgment of their relationship.
Katie Holmes’ “relationship with Jaime Foxx is kept under lock and key and away from the public” because “privacy is important to her,” the site explained.
In addition, Katie Holmes’ divorce settlement with Tom Cruise is said to forbid the actress from dating in the public eye.
“Could the time be nearing for Katie Holmes and Jaime Foxx to finally stop all these secrecy and publicly acknowledge their romance? 2017 can’t come any faster!” the outlet concluded.
Although Gossip Cop claimed to have been assured that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx aren’t dating, nor are they planning to go public, the outlet also suggested there hasn’t been any evidence of a romance between them, which isn’t completely correct. In addition to a video of the alleged couple dancing together years ago, a damning photo of the couple holding hands and touching feet was shared by Us Weekly in 2015.
Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have also spotted together around the country. Over the summer, Lainey Gossip revealed that the two had enjoyed a low-key dinner in Toronto, where Holmes was filming The Kennedys: After Camelot, and weeks later, Radar Online revealed Katie Holmes had been in attendance at a Barbara Streisand concert that featured her rumored boyfriend on stage. At the event, Katie Holmes reportedly cheered on Foxx and joined him backstage in his dressing room.

The Radar Online report also revealed the “real reason” Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx hadn’t yet gone public with their rumored romance.
“[Katie Holmes] signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” the source claimed. “She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri. Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself.”
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise’s marriage came to a sudden end years ago, and as most reports have claimed, Cruise has not remained in the life of Suri Cruise. Although he did offer child support to his ex-wife, he hasn’t been photographed with his daughter for years, and they are believed to be currently estranged.
As for what Cruise may think of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx possibly going public with their relationship, the Radar Online source claimed he was unconcerned with the relationship and would like to get his $5 million back.
