Kim Kardashian ‘Not Doing Great’ After Paris Robbery According To Sister Kourtney

Kim Kardashian has been keeping a low profile since the shocking Paris robbery that left her without millions in jewelry. Now Kourtney Kardashian is speaking out about how her reality star sister is doing following the scary ordeal and she says Kim is “not doing great.”

Kourtney recently interviewed with Australia’s TODAY Extra and when they asked about how her superstar sister was doing, according to RTE she responded, “She’s not doing great. I think we’re all really still shaken up and I just – you know, I think she has a big supportive family and I know that all the traumatic things that we’ve been through, we get through them together as a family.”

Kim returned from her Paris Fashion Week nightmare with extra security and her husband Kanye West the day after being tied up, gagged, and robbed of more than $10 million in jewelry while staying at the exclusive No Name Hotel where Kanye has kept a semi-permanent residence for several years.

After spending a few days in New York City, she traveled back home to Los Angeles and has stayed mostly out of the limelight ever since. It stands to reason that Kim is still very shaken up by the invasive attack. While physically she was left unharmed, the robbery seems to have taken an emotional toll on the star that she just hasn’t recovered from yet.

Kourtney’s comments about Kim Kardashian were the first since the Paris robbery. Khloe Kardashian also has talked about how Kim was doing and how the event affected the rest of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians crew.

“I mean, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her,” Khloe said of Kim. “But our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support and it will take time.”

Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly resumed filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Meanwhile, Kim has not gone back to filming and has been very careful about keeping a much lower profile, only having been photographed outside of her Los Angeles home once in the weeks since the event.

According to ABC News, Kris Jenner has also talked about how Kim is doing and how the Paris robbery has affected all of the Kardashian-Jenner family. “When you have a daughter at home who’s struggling because of something horrific and tragic that happened, you start looking around a little bit differently,” Jenner said. “I think this is a wake-up call not only for our family but for anybody in a similar position.”

Kim Kardashian has been spending a lot of time at home in her Los Angeles mansion since the October 3 robbery. She just wants to spend time with her family and surround herself with friends and loved ones according to several reports. While Kim takes time off from the spotlight, the rest of the famous family seem to have resumed, at least partially, their public personas but it has been said that all of the Keeping Up With The Kardashian stars have been giving some extra thought to just how public they make their business and everyone is being much more careful.

It seems understandable that it will take time for Kim to process all that she has been through recently. After all, the Paris robbery happened just a few short weeks ago and was a pretty traumatic event. An invasion of privacy and the fear for her safety on that level is something that will take some time to get over and may change the way Kim Kardashian interacts with the public for the long haul.
