Warning: This article contains potential Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers.
Game of Thrones Season 7 may not be returning to the air until the summer of 2017, but with filming currently in full swing in Northern Ireland, more and more spoilers are popping up to satisfy eager fans.
For instance, highly reliable GoT fan site Watchers On The Wall has learned some very juicy details about where Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) will be headed in Season 7 and who she will finally meet. The site reports that GoT will be filming scenes in Italica, which is a collection of Roman ruins located in Santiponce, Spain. The location will be closed to the public from Oct. 17 through Nov. 12. as a crew of up to 500 works to prepare the ruins for filming.

So what will Italica be used for? It is believed the ruins — including the Ampitheater and the Cardo Maximus — will be used as part of the Dragonpit in Game of Thrones Season 7. For those who haven’t read George R.R. Martin’s books, the Dragonpit is a dilapidated structure near King’s Landing that previous generations of Targaryens used to house their dragons.
WOTW not only confirmed that Daenerys will have scenes at the Dragonpit in Season 7, but it also learned that the Mother of the Dragons will be meeting two characters she hasn’t yet encountered in the series. Sources say that Daenerys has at least one scene where she is talking with Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham) and Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie). As Game of Thrones fans know, Davos and Brienne have both been loyal to the Starks in the past, so a conversation with Daenerys could mean a powerful Stark/Targaryen alliance is in the works for Season 7.
In other Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers, WOTW reports that Bran and Arya Stark may also be meeting up next season. The pair haven’t run into each other since early in the series, but on-set photos seem to suggest Maisie Williams and Isaac Hemptstead-Wright were filming scenes together in late September. Photos also suggest Arya will be encountering other Stark family members in Season 7. Williams was seen wearing a Northern costume on the same day Kit Harington (Jon Snow) and other cast members from the Winterfell storyline were filming. Could this mean Arya is turning away from her revenge campaign and reuniting with Sansa and Jon in the North?
Meanwhile, the same batch of photos also showed Bella Ramsey in costume as Lyanna Mormont. The icy Lady of Bear Island made a big impression with fans when she made her debut in Season 6 and, no doubt, viewers will be happy to learn they get to see more of her in Season 7.

In other GoT news, the Shields Gazette reports that actor Ben Crompton (Eddison Tollett) dropped by the Sunderland Echo Portfolio Business Awards last week to speak to guests about filming Season 7.
“I am like a lot of the fans, I am always keen to find out what will happen next,” he said. “It is exciting when the scripts come through.”
Crompton said he is having “a lot of fun” and that the Castle Black set he often films on is “a genuine set that you can interact with.”
As for Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers, the actor remained coy, but offered a few hints.
“There are some surprises. We are gearing towards the end. Everyone is assuming certain things will happen, but I won’t say if that is the case.”
