Donald Trump Polls ‘Plummet’ As Media Continues Sexist Campaign?

Donald Trump’s poll numbers have “plummeted” following the first debate. What the media actually means is that his polls are steady, but his chances of winning the 2016 presidential election have plummeted. According to AOL News, Trump is currently trailing opponent Hillary Clinton just one week after the two went head-to-head on a national stage.

“Trump’s overall chances of winning the White House in November plummeted following his debate performance last week. According to FiveThirtyEight‘s Election Forecast the billionaire businessman left the showdown at Hofstra University with just a 33.3 percent chance of victory, an over 10 point drop after entering the debate at 45 percent. Clinton currently holds a 66.7 percent chance of winning the election.”

Donald Trump polls have been fairly steady despite Clinton’s more recent pull ahead. The two have been neck and neck for several weeks, one pulling slightly ahead of the other on any given day. That trend, however, may be changing.

Hillary Clinton brought up something from Trump’s past during the first debate and the mainstream media has been having an absolute field day with it.

If you watched the debate, you probably know that Clinton went with a rather irrelevant blow to Trump’s campaign, bringing up the fat-shaming comment that he made to Alicia Machado whom he has called “Miss Piggy” and “Miss Housekeeping.” Machado, a former Miss Universe winner, was ridiculed by Donald Trump, who once owned the organization.

Since that time, the rage against Donald Trump has been at an all-time high. “Never Trump” supporters have all but abandoned the racism card and have jumped on the sexism train. The media has decided to camp out on Hillary Clinton’s comments and have dug up more dirt on Trump and his apparent misogynistic ways. Could this be why Clinton is pulling ahead and Trump seems to be lagging behind? The mainstream media says “absolutely.”

According to the Associated Press, previous members of The Apprentice cast and crew have come forward to discuss how they were treated by Donald Trump or what they witnessed between Trump and females on or involved in the popular NBC show. According to the report, more than 20 people discussed the “crass behavior” set forth by Donald Trump.

“Eight former crew members recalled that he repeatedly made lewd comments about a camerawoman he said had a nice rear, comparing her beauty to that of his daughter, Ivanka. During one season, Trump called for female contestants to wear shorter dresses that also showed more cleavage, according to contestant Gene Folkes. Several cast members said Trump had one female contestant twirl before him so he could ogle her figure.”

Donald Trump polls are steady, but they don’t seem to be high enough to predict a win come November.

Not surprisingly, the Trump campaign has released a statement to deny the claims made against the Republican candidate, adding that many people associated or previously linked to The Apprentice are actually Trump supporters.

“These outlandish, unsubstantiated, and totally false claims fabricated by publicity hungry, opportunistic, disgruntled former employees, have no merit whatsoever. The Apprentice was one of the most successful prime-time television shows of all time and employed hundreds of people over many years, many of whom support Mr. Trump’s candidacy,” said Hope Hicks, Trump’s campaign spokeswoman. Yes, spokeswoman.

Everywhere you look today you will see Donald Trump’s name next to the word “sexist.” Many feel that this is the media’s new red herring. Perhaps a way to take the heat off of Hillary Clinton and her supposed “health issues.”
