Fifth Harmony’s Ally Brooke Hernandez suffered yet another very scary encounter with a fan during the girlband’s most recent “7/27 Tour” stop in Mexico.
Fan captured footage from Fifth Harmony’s September 29 concert at Auditorio Banamex in Monterrey, Mexico, shows Ally being knocked to the ground by a stage crasher who stormed the stage during the “All In My Head (Flex)” singer’s second of three tour stops in the South American country.
Fifth Harmony fan @kordeibreak posted footage of the moment Hernandez was attacked by a fan on-stage during the show, which shows the stage crasher running past Ally Brooke’s bandmates to get to her, attempting to hug her, and being pulled away by a member of Fifth Harmony’s security team.
The overzealous fan appeared to refuse to let go of Ally as he was dragged off the stage, causing Hernandez to fall to the ground.
Fortunately, Ally Brooke seemed fine following the scary on-stage attack and even returned to her feet to wave to the fan who crashed the stage during Fifth Harmony’s Monterrey concert.
Fifth Harmony fans took to Twitter to put the girlband’s security team on serious blast for allowing the stage crasher to get so close to the girls during the latest stop on their international “7/27 Tour,” slamming the band’s team for failing to protect the five girls from overzealous concert goers.
“HOW DOES THIS POSSIBLY HAPPEN HONESTLY WHAT KIND OF SECURITY ALLOWED THIS PERSON TO EVEN GET ON THE STAGE?” Fifth Harmony follower @okayelizabxth tweeted out of the Mexican stage crasher, while @jetbluetori wrote of the stage crash, “This is unacceptable. Their security is s****y wow.”
“HOW DOES ONE EVEN GET ALL THE WAY ON STAGE WITHOUT BEING STOPPED?????” @MUSlCALKORDEI added of the Fifth Harmony attack.
Ally Brooke Hernandez has yet to comment on the Fifth Harmony stage storm on social media, though the on-stage incident came just one day after Hernandez was attacked by an overexcited fan while arriving at Monterrey International Airport on September 28.
As reported by E! News, Ally Brooke suffered yet another scary encounter after a Fifth Harmony fan ran up to her and almost pulled her to the ground upon her airport arrival.
Fifth Harmony update account @ShadyFacts5H uploaded footage of the airport attack to social media, which showed Hernandez making her way through the airport before being approached by a male who seemingly wanted to take a selfie with the singer.
The attacker was then apprehended by Fifth Harmony’s security but refused to let go of Hernandez as he was pulled away from the girlband star, almost forcing her to the ground.
It’s not yet clear if the fan who attacked Ally during her airport arrival is the same fan who stormed the stage during Fifth Harmony’s September 29 Monterrey concert.
While Ally Brooke has so far stayed tight-lipped on the concert rush, she did address the airport attack with Fifth Harmony’s millions of followers on social media just hours after the attack, in which she encouraged the girl group’s fans to be “careful” and “gentle.”
“Just to let you know, I am okay after the airport incident,” Hernandez wrote on Twitter on September 28, just hours after she was almost dragged to the ground while arriving in the Mexican city. “Please be careful and gentle so nobody gets hurt. That was scary!”
Hernandez also told fans in the Instagram message following the attack that she was excited to perform at Auditorio Banamex because her idol, the late Selena, performed at the arena on multiple occasions before her untimely death.
“I couldn’t be happier to be here! It’s been a dream of mine since I was little,” Ally Brooke told fans on Instagram. “My favorite singer Selena Quintanilla had many beautiful performances here. And now I get to perform in this city! I’m beyond honored & proud.”
