Selena Gomez Just Got Tied Into Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie’s Divorce Drama
Selena Gomez can’t catch a break. As rumors continue to swirl regarding the 24-year-old singer’s alleged drug use and stint in rehab, she’s been thrown into the mix of Brad Pitt’s alleged mistresses.
According to a new report, Selena Gomez, shared a photo on Instagram several months ago that broke Jolie’s heart.
“Selena Gomez can’t keep her hands to herself — and it may have cost Brad Pitt his marriage!” Radar Online revealed to readers on September 20. “Months before Gomez, 24, was caught with Katy Perry’s boyfriend, Orlando Bloom, she was spotted cozying up to Pitt, 52, at the Golden Globe Awards.”

During the event, Selena Gomez told the press that she was enjoying her view of the men she admires, including Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt. Then, later in the evening, she posted a photo of herself and Pitt on Instagram that allegedly sent Jolie into a “jealous rampage.”
“It was funny because I had met him a few years ago and I was kind of telling him how I geeked out about it and then obviously we were talking about The Big Short and how he thought it was really cool and his kids loved it,” Selena Gomez later dished to E! News.
Also on September 20, Radar Online shared a report regarding Pitt’s alleged mistresses and included in their post was Selena Gomez.
Selena Gomez and Brad Pitt know one another because they worked together years ago on his film, The Big Short. However, when it comes to a romantic relationship between them, there doesn’t appear to be any solid evidence of any such thing.

Around the time that Selena Gomez’s photo on Instagram was shot, a source claimed Pitt had grown extremely impressed with her acting skills and was determined to make her Hollywood’s next “It” girl.
“He thinks [Selena Gomez] would be a perfect fit for the Oceans 11 female remake,” a source told Hollywood Life months ago. “He’s not producing the film but has close ties with the film’s director Gary Ross.”
“Brad thinks Selena is hilarious and has a quirky side that needs to be explored on the big screen. He thinks she’s the new it girl,” the source explained.
Although it is possible that Selena Gomez and Brad Pitt could work together in the future, the singer is currently on a career hiatus after announcing struggles with anxiety, depression and panic attacks at the end of last month.
“As many of you know, around a year ago I revealed that I have lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways,” Selena Gomez said in a statement to People Magazine. “I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges.”
Ironically, Selena Gomez’s announcement came after another Instagram post led to drama between her and her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber. In mid-August, just after performing her final Revival Tour concert in Auckland, New Zealand, Gomez slammed Bieber for suggesting that his fans weren’t his true fans after his then-girlfriend, Sofia Richie, faced backlash due to their cozy photos with one another.
After Selena Gomez had suggested Bieber stop posting pictures of himself and Richie on Instagram, he put her on blast for using him for attention and she responded by reminding Bieber that she had forgiven him for his multiple infidelities. Bieber then reportedly alleged Gomez had cheated with Zayn Malik.
