Kim Kardashian is proving once again why she’s the queen of selfies, sharing a flood of photos that range from yet another nude picture to hot images of her in a bikini.
Kardashian recently restored her pre-baby body by losing 70 pounds, and as her racy styles and new photos reveal, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is determined to flaunt her whittled waistline and hourglass figure as much as possible.
In paying tribute to an assistant, some celebrities might opt for flowers, while others may splurge on sending the valued staff member off to a spa. Not Kim, who chose to wish her assistant happy birthday with a series of pictures showing the reality TV star modeling her swimsuit. Kardashian also once again dared to expose herself in her birthday suit.
Kim took it all off to show her new tan as well as her assets, and also provided entertainment with her bikini photos that supposedly served as a tribute to her assistant, pointed out Entertainment Tonight.
It all happened when Kardashian, 35, visited Miami and went in pursuit of a tan prior to heading to the beach.
“Nothing like a midnight spray tan, you guys,” commented Kim on Snapchat.
The self-proclaimed “tanorexic” stood naked in front of the mirror, carefully posing with her breasts partly hidden by her arm. And while Kardashian’s series of nude images weren’t safe for work, she shared some sexy photos of herself while wishing her assistant happy birthday.
Kim confused some fans by the photo, with her followers debating about whether or not she was joking in paying tribute with a picture of herself, and her assistant in the shadows.
“No way has Kim Kardashian just wished someone Happy Birthday using a photo where that person is just a shadow,” tweeted one follower.
But another caption seemed to indicate it was all in fun.
“You’re so professional @steph_shep So responsible & thanks for never drinking on the job!” wrote Kim for the caption of a different picture in which Sheppard was sipping wine.
In addition to those nude selfies and bikini photos, Kim also has fascinated her followers by taking lingerie and turning it into outerwear, pointed out Cosmopolitan.
Kardashian first succeeded in using a sheer blue bra as a top. She then took the “lingerie as outerwear” trend to a new level by sporting a racy black corset as a top, sauntering down the street and flaunting that famously whittled waistline.
As to just how the mom of two succeeded in shedding 70 pounds, Kim has credited a low carb diet, supplements, and her focus on fitness. She described her dedication to the Atkins low carb diet, sharing that she added probiotic supplements and activated charcoal lemonade to her food plan, noted the Daily Mail.
“I’m really dedicated to my Atkins diet right now so it’s all about staying healthy and lean.”
Kardashian explained that she feels specific foods and beverages help her stay “energized” during her busy day, and admitted that she also enjoys snacking within the limits of her low carb diet program, listing Organic Prairie turkey breast and Sargento string cheese as two of her favorite snacks.
When it comes to which drinks help Kim stay on her diet, the reality TV star listed Diet Peach Snapple as her obsession.
“Diet Peach Snapple [is] sooo refreshing and perfect during this hot summer!” she gushed.
Another winner for Kardashian is Pressed Juicery Activated Charcoal Lemonade, even though she’s not a fan of the juicing trend.
“I’m not super into the whole “juicing” craze, but Pressed Juicery’s fresh drinks taste amazing and make the perfect snack!” explained Kim.
In addition, Kardashian revealed that she takes supplements, opting for Bio-K Probiotic.
“I love that [probiotics keep] both my digestive and immune system balanced!”
While Kim credits the supplements for balancing her digestive and immune system, Science Daily reported on the debate about whether those benefits really resulted from taking probiotics, sometimes referred to as “good bacteria.”
In a meta-analysis, researchers recently discovered that these supplements can lower both body mass index (BMI) and weight. The study revealed that probiotic supplements provided the biggest BMI reduction in adults who are overweight.
In addition, the researchers discovered that adults who took more than one kind of probiotic and consumed the supplements for a minimum of eight weeks lost more weight.
