Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx Are Secretly Married After Three Years Of Dating?

Are Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx married? While the couple has stayed mum on their relationship since their alleged romance began in 2013, at least for the most part, they’ve been facing rumors claiming they are engaged or possibly secretly married for the past several months.

In the latest report, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been accused of tying the knot in secret.

“Katie & Jamie Married!” reads the cover of the latest issue of OK! Magazine, which was shared by Gossip Cop on September 14.

“Inside their secret ceremony,” the cover continued, along with another headline that said, “Why Tom let Katie out of ‘no dating’ divorce clause.”

According to the magazine’s report, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are ready to make their “hush-hush courtship” official with a wedding ceremony before the year’s end. While Holmes and Foxx chose to keep their alleged romance a secret for the past few years due to a divorce clause which stated that Holmes would be unable to date publicly for the first five years after her split from Cruise, the source claimed Foxx spoke to Cruise directly and convinced him to terminate the agreement early.

“He called Tom and told him that he loved [Katie Holmes], and that he thought being in a stable family would be best for Suri too,” the OK! Magazine source said.

The insider went on to reveal the celebrity guests who were expected to attend Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s allegedly upcoming ceremony and also gave details about the type of dress the actress would wear, the hired entertainment, and other rumored tidbits.

“[Katie Holmes] and Jamie both want to make sure it’s a fun, lighthearted event, with no stuffiness or formality,” the source stated. “They want it to be a party! When Katie married Tom, she barely had say in anything… This ceremony will be a real reflection of her taste and creativity.”

In response to the OK! Magazine report, Katie Holmes’ rep told Gossip Cop that the claims of her future wedding ceremony were “100 percent not true” and Foxx’s rep told the outlet the “news” was a “complete fabrication” and added that Foxx is “not getting married.”

Earlier this month, Radar Online shared details of the alleged divorce clause in Katie Holmes’ split from Tom Cruise, claiming that the actress was banned from dating until 2017.

“[Katie Holmes] signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” the source claimed.

“She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri,” the insider explained. “Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself.”

If Katie Holmes was to break the clause, the report stated at the time, she would forfeit her $5 million and be forced to return the money to her ex-husband. Meanwhile, Cruise was said to be over the situation and according to the source, he would welcome a relationship between Holmes and Foxx as it would result in a big paycheck for him.

“At this point, Tom doesn’t care much what Katie does,” the insider said. “But he wouldn’t mind getting his $5 million back!”
