Taylor Swift Obsessed With Getting ‘Perfect’ Revenge Body After Tom Hiddleston Dumped Her?


Has Taylor Swift become the newest celebrity to set a goal of getting the perfect revenge body after a bad breakup? Swift initially was reported to have dumped her now-former boyfriend Tom Hiddleston. But as new reports claim that it actually was Tom who made the decision to split from Taylor, an insider told OK! Magazine that Swift is determined to battle back by sculpting her best post-breakup body.

Seen heading to the gym just after the news broke that the three-month-long romantic relationship known as Hiddleswift had ended, Taylor is particularly obsessed with her legs, said the insider.

“Taylor loves showing off her pins and she’s been working out extra hard to get more tone in them — her calf muscles are already starting to show results.”

Those legs, which are reportedly insured for $40 million dollars, are just part of Swift’s work to improve her body in the wake of her split from Tom. The 26-year-old singer is now doing twice as many lunges and squats, the source revealed. And to make sure that her legs look their best, Taylor also reportedly has a morning ritual.

“She does this ritual where she exfoliates her legs and uses a mixture of different oils to smooth them out,” explained the insider. “She even measures their circumference every week to assess how her muscle tone is going.”

Swift doesn’t have to hunt for expert advice. With supermodel pals playing key roles in her girl squad, Taylor can count on her friends to provide her with tips, shared the source.

“[Swift] wants perfect legs like her best pal Karlie [Kloss], who shared her best leg and thigh workout routine.”

But there was no girl squad in sight when Taylor was spotted striding off to the gym, noted the Daily Mail, which reported that Swift is sticking to her daily workout routine.

Tom has turned to his buddies after the breakup, but Taylor has been seen in solo mode after the split. The two began their romantic relationship by spending almost all their time together, but when Hiddleston had to remain in Australia to work on Thor: Ragnarok, their romance began to crumble, according to an insider cited by the Daily Mail.

“Their frustrations began boiling over, resulting in their first big blowout in early August.”

From there, this version of the split story credits Swift as the one who “put the brakes on the relationship” because she was not comfortable with how Tom seemed to enjoy the spotlight on their romance.

But that’s not the way that sources cited by Cosmopolitan describe the end of Hiddleswift.

Pals of Tom, 35, say that the actor booted Taylor. Those same friends even describe Hiddleston as enjoying a “revolting doors style of dating.” As for how long relationships typically last using that method, the pals mock the actor’s “three-month rule,” which is precisely how long Hiddleswift endured.

Cosmo also cites a theater producer on what really happened to cause the split.

“[Tom] grew tired of Taylor, it wasn’t the other way round.”

Regardless of which version of the split story is true, Swift has shown that she isn’t going to give up her workouts. And for more details on just how Taylor will sculpt her post-breakup revenge body, Swift’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, offered the skinny, reported Style Caster.

The celebrity trainer also works with Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Cameron Diaz, Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Victoria Beckham, Gisele Bündchen, Nicole Richie, Jessica Simpson, Kate Hudson, and Jennifer Aniston. She believes in the power of waist-whittling walking.

“To really be effective and calorie-burning, you have to be able to work your body to where it’s working up a sweat, where it’s pushing into that zone of actually being optimized to be effective in the calorie-burning range,” explained Swift’s trainer.

Consequently, the expert recommends heading off for a lengthy power walk rather than doing a short run. And for those who think that walking is appropriate just for older people, Tracy disagrees.

“I always approve walking as a really great cardiovascular workout to do.”

Acknowledging that many people regard walking as “for the aging crowd,” Anderson sums up the exercise as “really responsible.” For variety, she recommends alternating the speed, stride, and other elements. And don’t forget about the music, suggests Taylor’s exercise guru.

“If you walk for exercise, put on your headphones, put on a good playlist, because you do become more internally charged to music,” she added.
