Dancing with the Stars returns on Monday night and 13 celebrities and their pro dance partners will kick off the competition for the Season 23 Mirrorball trophy. The two-hour premiere begins at 8 p.m. ET on Monday, September 12. If you live in L.A. or San Francisco, the DWTS premiere airs live starting at 5 p.m. PDT.

Voting for your favorite couples this season is important if you want to help them become the Season 23 champs. According to ABC, voting begins on Week 1 and fans will be able to vote every Monday night throughout the season.

This season's cast was introduced on Good Morning America late last month, and odds makers are already predicting which couples will secure a spot in the DWTS Season finale. Sports Bovada predicts that Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy will be crowned the winners, with Amber Rose and Maksim Chmerkovskiy will take second place, and Vanilla Ice (Robert Van Winkle) and Witney Carson will come in third.

Time will tell if Sports Bovada's predictions turn out to be correct, but, along with the couples' performances and judges' scores, your votes will play a major part in the outcome of this season.

Online/Facebook Voting: Dancing with the Stars fans can vote online at ABC.com or on Facebook (Facebook.com/VoteDWTS )starting at 8 p.m. ET on Monday nights unless otherwise instructed during the show. Online voting closes on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET, so you have a full 24 hours to place your vote.

According to the rules set by ABC, international fans are no longer able to vote. This includes both online and phone votes — no word on why ABC pulled the plug on international voting. You must be 18-years-old and a resident of the United States to participate in the DWTS voting.
