Melissa Gorga Hints Jacqueline Laurita Is Insecure: ‘She Wants To Push Me Away’

Melissa Gorga decided to return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey this season after taking some time for herself and her family during the show’s hiatus. While Melissa wasn’t filming the show, she decided to open up her own store, so she got to fulfill her business desires. While her husband, Joe Gorga, constantly works out of the home to provide for the family, Melissa wanted to do something else other than running the home and being a stay-at-home mother.

However, Gorga put everything aside when her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice, was released from prison just before Christmas last year. She cooked up a storm to entertain the whole family, and she admits that their relationship was rocky once Teresa returned home.

According to a new Bravo report, Melissa Gorga is now revealing that her relationship with Teresa is actually fine now, but she’s noticing that Jacqueline Laurita isn’t exactly the most supportive woman in the group. In fact, Jacqueline has already attacked Melissa once for getting along with Teresa after she returned home, and Laurita couldn’t understand why Giudice didn’t want to talk about her legal troubles.

“I am not one to mask how I am feeling. It was nice to see that Teresa and Jacqueline could move on so quickly and let it go,” Melissa Gorga explains on her blog for Bravo, adding that she enjoyed seeing the girls get along during the spa weekend away from their husbands.

“Like I said during the episode, my relationship with Teresa when she first came home was much more delicate. We had to want to let go of the past and want to build a solid, real friendship and move forward with each other. I get that it’s easier for them as friends to just drop it. I feel like for us, there is much more at stake because friends come and go, but family is forever and our family is finally in a good place,” Melissa Gorga explains of her own efforts to get along with Teresa after she returned home.

Gorga understands that there are some issues that they can’t talk about, including Teresa’s time at the prison and her husband’s guilt in all of these fraud charges. Even though Giudice claims she knew nothing illegal was going on, she was still sent to prison for signing documents on her husband’s behalf. None of this surfaced during the girls trip to the spa retreat, but Jacqueline was still acting out. Maybe Melissa Gorga thinks that Laurita is a bit insecure and perhaps not very confident in their company, as she felt that Melissa was talking behind her back.

“What annoyed me was Jacqueline’s paranoia when Dolores and I were talking at the pool and then again back at the house. Her emotional highs and lows have been kicked up a notch ever since Teresa came home and we all started hanging out. I definitely don’t understand it. I have always been a good friend to her, but her actions recently show me that she wants to push me away rather than embrace the new peaceful dynamic she claims she wants for everyone,” Melissa Gorga points out on her blog for The Real Housewives of New Jersey, according to Bravo.

According to Reality Tea, Melissa has revealed that she welcomes a reconciliation between all of the ladies so they can just get along. Hopefully, this is something they can work on, as Melissa would like to have a drama-free season.

What do you think of Melissa Gorga’s comments about Jacqueline’s questionable behavior? Do you think Laurita is insecure around the ladies?
