Kim Kardashian is proud of her 70-pound weight loss, and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star isn’t holding back from flaunting her post-baby body by sharing some of her hottest photos yet on Instagram.

Kardashian seems to have adopted the philosophy that less is more when it comes to the amount of material in her attire.

From bringing back the mini dress in a crisp style that shows off her whittled waistline and toned legs to an off-the-shoulders sheer style that flaunts her sculpted cheekbones, Kim has shared her favorite fashions on social media.

In addition, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is dishing up the secrets to her 70-pound weight loss. Since her son was born in December, Kardashian has focused on slashing the carbohydrates in her diet while boosting her workout regime, reported the Daily Mail.

But dieting doesn’t just involve food, and the reality TV star also shared that her selection of beverages has changed as well. Kim authored a website post, “The Foods I Always Have in My Fridge,” in which she listed favored drinks as well as foods and supplements, in particular confessing her obsession with peach-flavored diet Snapple tea.

“When it comes to what’s in my fridge, I always try and keep it fresh, simple and clean (everything is always lined up perfectly, LOL!),” added the mom of two.

“I’m really dedicated to my Atkins diet right now so it’s all about staying healthy and lean,” noted Kardashian. “These foods and drinks are great for snacking and keeping me energized throughout the day.”

Kim also discussed a special drink that she can’t resist, admitting that she has become obsessed with Diet Peach Snapple.

“It’s sooo refreshing and perfect during this hot summer!” praised Kardashian about the diet tea.

Because of her dedication to her Atkins diet, Kardashian also likes to keep low-carb turkey, such as Organic Prairie Turkey Breast, in her refrigerator, noted People.

“Sliced turkey is one of my fave snacks to keep in the fridge because it’s a great source of lean protein.”

As for what accompanies that turkey? Because she’s on a low-carb diet, Kim prefers cheese to bread or crackers.

“String cheese is one of my all-time fave healthy snacks, since it is filled with protein and calcium,” she explained. “I love to eat it with sliced turkey. It’s also the perfect on-the-go snack!”

Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian has been candid in disliking charcoal-infused juice. But Kanye West’s wife is a fan of Pressed Juicery’s Activated Charcoal Lemonade.

“I’m not super into the whole ‘juicing’ craze, but Pressed Juicery’s fresh drinks taste amazing and make the perfect snack!” she revealed. “I’m currently into the Charcoal Lemonade, which is rich in vitamin C. I swear, when I drink it, I feel cleansed and energized throughout the day.”

In addition, Kardashian revealed that she views a special supplement, Bio-K Probiotic, as an essential item in her refrigerator.

“I love that it keeps both my digestive and immune system balanced!” she gushed.

But can probiotic supplements, such as Kim’s favorite brand, actually help with weight loss? Science Daily reports that a recent analysis revealed that taking probiotics (sometimes referred to as “good bacteria” can help to lower both the weight and body mass index (BMI).

Although Kardashian noted that she feels probiotics balance her digestive system, Science Daily notes that the supplements, which may be added to yogurt, are the subject of debate when it comes to the digestive benefits. However, they are known to help with overall well-being and, as Kim mentioned, with boosting immunity.

In the new study, researchers evaluated the results of 25 different studies that focused on how consuming probiotics might affect the weight and BMI in nearly 2,000 healthy adults. They discovered that taking the supplements resulted in weight reductions.

In addition, the researchers discovered that adults who were overweight experienced the biggest benefit in terms of BMI. Using more than one kind of probiotic and consuming them for a minimum of eight weeks also boosted weight loss.
