Vicki Gunvalson Believes Luann de Lesseps Will Learn The Truth About Thomas D’Agostino

Vicki Gunvalson is trying to clear her name after the Brooks Ayers cancer scandal made her look horrible last year on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Vicki had previously revealed that her business and her personal relationships suffered after dating Brooks and she’s doing everything possible to move forward and forget about what happened. But fans of the Real Housewives franchise are noticing a trend with the women and men who are coming into the franchise. As one fan noticed, Luann de Lesseps and Gunvalson were both fooled by men.

According to a new tweet, Vicki Gunvalson is now revealing that she opened her eyes and learned what a horrible person Brooks had been throughout their relationship. Gunvalson admits that she made mistakes with him, and she believes that Luann may be making a mistake as well.

“How do strong women like Luann de Lesseps and Vicki Gunvalson completely lose themselves to these horrible men? It’s a RH curse,” one person wrote to both Luann and Vicki, pointing out the similarities between Brooks Ayers and Thomas D’Agostino, to which Vicki replied, “it’s called making mistakes and finding out for yourself the truth.”

It sounds like Vicki Gunvalson is convinced that Luann will learn the truth about Thomas eventually, but it may take her some time, and some denial like it did Gunvalson. However, her followers are much happier with the new Vicki, as she’s owning her mistakes and moving on from a horrible relationship.

“Your breakup is agreeing with you. You look fantastic! You look happy, pretty and life is agreeing with you! #RHOC,” one person wrote, while another added, “I agree she looks great, but anyone who lies about cancer is scum to me.”

And it sounds like Vicki Gunvalson agreed with the Twitter followers, sharing that she agrees that she is getting better. But she wants people to question Ayers as much as she’s being questioned, as he was the one who lied about his medical records.

“Yeah, I agree!! Why don’t you question the person who lied to me?” Vicki replied.

Of course, Luann is nowhere near where Vicki Gunvalson is today. de Lesseps is still convinced that D’Agostino is her soul mate and that she made the right decision in forgiving his cheating. Many of her Real Housewives of New York co-stars were shocked when they learned that she was turning on Bethenny Frankel and standing by Thomas.

“My gut reaction was to think about how this looked to my friends and family, and it wasn’t until I had time to think that I began to understand what I was feeling,” Luann has revealed in her Bravo blog for The Real Housewives of New York, adding, “I want you all to know how much I appreciate the love and support you’ve shown me through the years on this show. I’m optimistic about my future, and I know that regardless of what happens in life, Tom and I will always love each other. So if you take anything away from this season, it’s not the problems that arise in our relationships, it’s how we deal with them when they arise that defines us. So love without fear and forgive without regrets.”

After what she’s been through, one can imagine that Vicki Gunvalson would love to give some advice to Luann. Gunvalson almost lost everything she had because she kept defending a man, who was lying about his health records. Luann may be losing friends because she’s getting married to a cheater, who once dated both Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer.
