Jennifer Lopez: Casper Smart Splits With JLo Again, ‘It Wasn’t Anything Dramatic’
Jennifer Lopez is a single woman on the prowl once again. Casper Smart and JLo have split. The longtime couple are no longer dating, but their breakup was reportedly amicable and “it wasn’t anything dramatic.”
“Jennifer and Casper have split. They have not been together for a few weeks.”
“It wasn’t anything dramatic and they are on good terms — it just came to a natural end. They will remain friends and see each other, but they are not together. It was very amiable.”
Smart has apparently declined to speak to any media representatives regarding the split. News has it that it was Jennifer who had made the decision to call it quits on their romance this time.

Lopez and Smart’s relationship first began to be known to the public in the latter half of 2011. What began as a fun and flirty fling turned into a longer lasting relationship.
Smart spoke to People in March about his relationship with Lopez. The couple has been pretty open to the public regarding their relationship.
“She’s sweet, funny, nice, easygoing and gracious. You can’t ask for anything more, she’s beautiful.”
Jennifer and Casper’s relationship has been on and off throughout the years. Their significant age difference may have played some sort of a role in their challenges. When they met in 2011, he was a backup dancer on her tour.
All in all, the couple had a good five years together.
Casper Smart had a starring dance role in JLo’s latest smash hit “Dance Again.” The song has close to 400 million hits on YouTube.
Prior to the split, the couple were recently spotted in Vegas together at Jennifer’s star-studded birthday party. Casper and her longtime manager, Benny Medina, threw JLo a lavish birthday event at the Palace.
Smart also attended her hit show at Caesar’s Palace prior to the party to support his woman. Jennifer has been busy headlining her ultra-successful residency, “All I Have,” in Vegas for the past months. Jennifer’s ex-husband, Marc Anthony, and his model girlfriend, Shannon de Lima were also reportedly there to support and show some love for the superstar on her birthday.
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have twin children together.

Days after Lopez’s birthday extravaganza in Vegas, Casper Smart was photographed dining at Craig’s Restaurant in West Hollywood with Nicole Scherzinger, former Pussycat Dolls singer, and Modern Family star, Sarah Hyland.
Jennifer Lopez is a mother and Casper has played a big role in the lives of her 8-year-old kids, Max and Emme. Lopez has previously told sources that she will always put her kids’ interests firsts, but she manages to find a good balance between the two relationships.
“My relationship with them — our reference are always in reference to the kids. What’s best for them, what’s good for them, let’s talk this way in front of them… Once they’re happy, they just add happiness and joy into the home and then everything goes from there.”
News of their split came as a surprise to even those close to the sources.
Jennifer can keep her mind off the split with her busy schedule. The singer and actress was spotted on Wednesday out in New York City shooting for her show, Shades of Blue.
