Taylor Swift Unfollows Tom Hiddleston After Pressuring Him To Bring Her To The Emmys?

New secrets about Taylor Swift’s current and former relationships are coming up. Rumors are swirling that the singer-songwriter has unfollowed her new boyfriend, Tom Hiddleston, on Instagram. In addition, there is more to be said about Taylor’s split with DJ Calvin Harris.

On Monday, August 22, it was rumored that Taylor Swift, 26, unfollowed the Night Manager star on Instagram. This comes a week after Tom Hiddleston, 35, first joined the social media app. Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton was one of the first to confirm that Swift unfollowed Hiddleston on the social media app as of Sunday morning, August 21.

But, it looks like that’s not the case since Gossip Cop denied the rumor. Taylor still follows Tom on Instagram. Apparently, there is a glitch on the social media app that doesn’t show her following him. According to Taylor’s Instagram account, only when viewed on a desktop computer or laptop, it shows that they both still follow each other.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston embarked on their whirlwind romance mid-June just two weeks after her breakup with Calvin Harris. New reports are claiming that their relationship is reaching its breaking point since the Thor actor is feeling the pressure to bring Swift to the Emmy Awards. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Hiddleston is now being pressured to bring Swift to the awards show to make their red carpet debut as a couple.

Although he has no problem with bringing the pop star to the Emmys, the pressure he is feeling is starting to wear on him. Despite his recent comments about his relationship with Swift, the actor knows that dating Swift will have a negative impact on his career, according to alleged insiders who spoke to The Sun.

“While the Emmys may be about celebrating the best shows on television, the organizers that weekend are looking for just one show – Taylor and Tom,” an unnamed insider has told The Sun. “The Emmys red carpet itself would give them the most publicity, and organizers have made it clear to Tom and his reps that she is more than welcome to join him.”

“Tom normally doesn’t like his public life overlapping with his private life but he is so happy with Taylor that it’s the perfect time. The event organizers have extended an invite for a ‘guest’ to join him because they know if they walk the red carpet together it will make it the most talked-about show of the year.”

GamenGuide previously reported that Hiddleston’s relationship with Swift is causing him a lot of stress in his life. Sources say he is not used to the attention that he has received since he’s usually private about his relationships. He does not like having the paparazzi watch his every move and his fans criticize his relationship with Swift. On the other end, Hiddleston does enjoy seeing his name in the headlines every day.

Of course, Gossip Cop is already on this story and denying it. They claim that The Sun’s report is simply “not true.” The rumor-debunking outlet already checked its facts with an Emmys production source and they were told that the awards show will not be more focused on Hiddleston and Swift than it will be on the actual awards ceremony. Gossip Cop was also told that the rumor about Hiddleston being pressured to bring his girlfriend to the event is also “not true.” But, Swift has been invited to the event and may attend to support her famous boyfriend, who’s nominated for his role on AMC’s The Night Manager, but executives aren’t forcing the couple to go.
