Jenelle Evans’ Ex-Fiance Nathan Griffith Arrested After Brutal Attack On Ex-Girlfriend [Report]

Jenelle Evans’ ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith, was arrested weeks ago after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend, Jessica Henry.

After the Teen Mom 2 dad was thrown behind bars and charged with burglary and aggravated assault, new details regarding his arrest — and who else was involved — have been revealed.

According to a report shared by Radar Online on August 22, Nathan Griffith and ex-girlfriend Jessica Henry were involved in a shocking fight that included “hanging” and “strangulation” attempts weeks after their breakup on August 14.

In the police report given by the Myrtle Beach Police Department, it was noted that Henry had called police at 4:30 in the morning to reveal that she had been assaulted by the former fiance of Jenelle Evans.

“Upon arrival, the victim said she was asleep in her bed when the offender came in her home and jumped on top of her and pinned her down and started to yell at her saying ‘be with me!’ and yelling ‘look who is trying!'” the report stated. “She said the offender then started to choke her. She said well she was being choked, she started to [sic] gagging and was in extreme pain.”

Henry told police that Griffith “choked her until the point where she could not breathe.”

As Radar Online reported, Jenelle Evans’ ex-fiance had been dating Henry for about a year. As fans of Teen Mom 2 may recall, Griffith and Henry’s relationship began a short time after he called off his engagement to Jenelle Evans, the mother of his 2-year-old son, Kaiser.

Shortly after Griffith and Henry went public, Jenelle Evans was arrested for allegedly throwing a glass at Henry’s head during a visit to her home to pick up Kaiser. However, when the case went to trial, Jenelle Evans was found not guilty.

Although Jenelle Evans’ ex was able to get into Henry’s home, Henry claimed that he was not invited and told police that he had not been living there at the time of the alleged assault.

“The victim said the door must have been unlocked, but the offender was not invited over,” the report claimed. “The victim said that they have lived together before in the past for about two months at the incident location. The offender does not live there and gave his key up a month prior to the incident.”

Despite Henry’s brutal account of the incident with Griffith, the responding officer wrote in the report that she did not have any marks on her neck.

Although Jenelle Evans hasn’t directly addressed Griffith’s latest arrest, she did share a tweet with fans on August 22 which appeared to be in reference to her ex-fiance.

It read, “I love to sit here and watch everything unfold, just eating my.”

Since Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith’s relationship came to an end last summer, the Teen Mom 2 star has been dating David Eason, and during Season 7, their relationship made its MTV debut. Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans’ relationship with Griffith took a turn for the worse as their co-parenting challenges increased. In addition to Evans not being a fan of Henry, Griffith didn’t approve of Eason, which led to tons of tension between them.

Jenelle Evans and her family, including boyfriend David Eason, are currently in the midst of production on the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2. No word yet on when the series will return to MTV.
