Kate Middleton’s Friend Launches Manchester Sex Club, What Does The Duchess Think?

One of Kate Middleton’s friends from her school days is a bit of a sextrepreneur and has launched a secret sex club in Manchester, United Kingdom. Just recently the pal of Duchess Kate launched her permanent party locale after the secretive pop up parties became more and more popular. Killing Kittens is now a permanent fixture in the northern city with the title “The Forbidden Room” attached.

Killing Kittens, which was founded by Emma Style, a school mate of the Duchess of Cambridge, has 45,000 members worldwide and 10,000 of those are based in the North of the U.K. Strict entry policies mean that only couples and single girls are allowed membership. Style and Middleton attended Downe House School together in earlier years.

The Daily Mail shared details about the former pop up parties and what The Forbidden Room offers to members.

“The members-only club has previously only run pop-up events in luxury penthouses and private houses, but this weekend brings the launch of The Forbidden Room, their first permanent sex party pad based in a secret location in North Manchester. The Forbidden Room itself is split into different sections, which guests move through as the night progresses. “

Once guests enter they will be greeted by a host of Killing Kittens in the bar, featuring erotic artwork and mirrored walls on the bar. There is also complementary entertainment at the bar area, including DJ Sarah Giggle and burlesque performer Constance Peach.

Louise Blakely Taylor, whose main responsibility is to make new visitors to the club feel at ease with the experience, states that for the most part, the new club feels very much like any other bar.

“It normally changes at around 11 o’clock then something in people just clicks.”

After that point, Taylor shares that people’s mood just takes over and they tend to begin to progress into the variety of playrooms which are separated by curtains. The employee of Middleton’s schoolmate relayed the design and appeal of the playrooms, as the publication shares.

“These sections contain huge beds, which can be moved to suit the event, and soft padded walls. The focal piece of the play rooms is the Forbidden Furniture – bespoke, handmade items which are specially designed for cheeky antics. Pride of place is the cage, which is custom made for the event to fit in two to four people and kitted out with indulgent padded leather cushions and tactile throws.”

The Forbidden Room also offers a variety of theme nights, including Curious Kittens, which is a night that involves more cabaret and performance workshops like massage for couples, as well as champagne and oyster evenings.

As Taylor shares, the club is not accessible to anyone to simply walk on in. There is a strict membership only rule that is adhered to by the owners and employees of the club. Additionally, members are selected based on their level of attraction. Not all who apply to become members are accepted.

“It’s members only, so you can’t just turn up to a party, and members are vetted according to how attractive they are.”

Taylor then adds that because of this strict selection process, it’s always an attractive crowd at the club and pop ups. An interesting approach to an interesting club concept, but what does the Duchess think?

Kate Middleton is likely more concerned with her own busy royal life and two adorable little ones Prince George and Prince Charlotte to have a chance to give a second thought to her friend’s sex club endeavor. The Duchess has been making her appearance at charity events as late and being constantly bombarded with rumors over sister Pippa’s engagement and upcoming nuptials. Pregnancy rumors are a continual subject being pushed by the media as Movie News Guide relays. Sharing her opinion on The Forbidden Room is likely something Kate Middleton will steer away from.
