Hailey Baldwin Becomes Heartbroken, ‘Very Sad’ Victim Of Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez War

Every war results in causalities, and Hailey Baldwin has become one of the victims of the war between Justin Bieber, her former boyfriend, and Selena Gomez, his former girlfriend.

How Hailey Entered The Battlefield

Baldwin has been known primarily as one of the Biebs’ silent ex-girlfriends — until now. It all began after the “Sorry” singer shared photos of his new gal pal, Sofia Richie, and slammed his fans for attacking his girlfriend, reported E! News.

Selena then hopped into the battle to defend the loyal Beliebers, as they’re known.

“If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol – it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you.”

Right back at Gomez flew a potshot from Justin.

“It’s funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love,” he slammed.

And that’s when Baldwin waded into the war.

Baldwin Battles

After reading the Biebs’ bash, Hailey took up arms (in the form of her Instagram account) to blast him back, revealing that she was on Team Ex-Girlfriend.

“We’ve all had our fair share of things we’ve done, both good and bad. What makes the present so powerful is when we take complete responsibility for our actions, we allow ourselves self-growth,” Baldwin wrote.

In addition, Hailey advised her former boyfriend about manipulating situations to make himself look better, pointing out that “misplacing” blame onto another person (such as Justin did to Selena) was not productive.

“Misplacing the blame onto someone else isn’t going to get you to the next stage in life. so try not to manipulate a situation to make yourself look better.”

Baldwin continued to try to equalize the situation, noting that everyone has flaws, but that each person has the potential to improve.

“No matter how much better off someone may seem, we are all humanly flawed in our own ways, but also share the same endless potential to be better than we used to be,” concluded Hailey.

Heartbroken Hailey Feels “Very Upset”

As to why Baldwin chose to sound off on social media, an insider told E! News that her message reflects the endless heartbreak she has experienced watching Justin date so many other women.

“Hailey is very upset about Justin,” the insider said. “She’s sad about him because he’s been flaunting around Sofia.”

And it doesn’t stop there when it comes to the revelations about Hailey’s heartbreak. Baldwin reportedly believes that even when Bieber’s Instagram posts seemed to be about his new gal pal, there were actually about Hailey.

“[Baldwin] thinks some of the Instagrams he’s posted lately with Sofia are pointed and really about Hailey, so it’s no surprise she took to Instagram herself to express that,” explained the insider.

Moreover, the answer to why Baldwin has not moved onto a new romantic relationship herself becomes clear, with the source clarifying that Hailey can’t seem to heal her broken heart.

“Hailey doesn’t know how to get over him, so it’s hard for her not to pay attention to it…all these fresh Sofia posts are making her very sad.”

Another insider confirmed the revelation that Baldwin still “loves” Bieber, emphasizing just how hurt Hailey feels and adding that although she thinks they are “not meant for each other now,” she is left “extremely hurt.”

Hailey, Sofia And Justin Form Love Triangle?

But this second source also revealed that it’s not all one-sided when it comes to Baldwin and Bieber. Although the days when the couple was known as Jailey are in the past, Hailey continues to play the role of “support system” to her ex boyfriend.

“Justin still texts [Hailey] and checks in…[but Baldwin] knows the drill by now. [Justin] can’t be alone and always needs a girl by his side.”

Although Baldwin has been “friendly” toward Richie, they reportedly are not true friends.

However, Hailey does have a circle of loyal pals, and they are reacting to the drama as well, according to People’s source.

Team Baldwin Sounds Off

Hailey also was reportedly hurt when she discovered that the Biebs unfollowed her on social media. That move caused Baldwin’s pals to believe that it was Sofia who forced her boyfriend to make that move, added the source.

“Justin unfollowed Hailey on social media, and now all their friends are talking s**t on Sofia and him and how messed up it is,” shared the insider.

Turning to Twitter, Baldwin attempted to remove herself from the situation.

However, the insider revealed that Baldwin and her friends continue to feel “super upset” by the situation.
