JoJo Fletcher, Jordan Rodgers Split: ‘Bachelorette’ Couple Agree To Turn Relationship Into A ‘Business Deal’

The Bachelorette 2016 couple JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers has allegedly called it quits. A new report revealed that the two are no longer together and were just putting up a show, turning their relationship into a business deal.

According to Life & Style magazine, JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers were “faking” their relationship for fame and money. A source close to the Bachelorette couple told the publication that Fletcher and Rodgers were fighting ever since their engagement. It seems like the reality star now regrets giving him the final rose.

“JoJo has accepted that she hasn’t found her Prince Charming in Jordan. She’s told him that he was a complete disappointment and that she regrets ever giving him her heart,” the source said.

Instead of publicly announcing end of their engagement, Fletcher and Rodgers reportedly decided to stay together for the sake of publicity. The source claimed that the two agreed to stay engaged for at least a year just to make the most out of the several opportunities coming their way. Although their season of The Bachelorette ended a couple of weeks ago, Fletcher and Rodgers reportedly wanted to stay relevant for as long as they possibly can.

“They’ve agreed to stay together for at least a year and transform their relationship into a business deal. Endorsement deals are already coming their way, and JoJo and Jordan are going to milk them while they can.”

In an interview with People, The Bachelorette villain Chad Johnson said that Fletcher is better off with Rodgers if she wanted to make a career for herself once the reality show is over.

“Jordan has the most marketability. Is she looking for a career out of this? If so, she should pick Jordan. His brother is Aaron Rodgers. If you choose him, you’re going to get endorsement deals,” he said.

JoJo Fletcher may have chosen Jordan Rodgers because of his brother’s popularity, but Celeb Dirty Laundry speculated that Aaron and his girlfriend Olivia Munn had something to do with the break up. They pointed out that the Green Bay Packers quarterback has long been against his younger brother entering the reality TV series. News of Jordan’s engagement to JoJo reportedly further drove a wedge between the brothers’ relationship.

Amidst all the break up rumors, Fletcher and Rodgers seemed to be very much in love based on their recent Instagram and Snapchat posts. After a quick trip to Malibu to celebrate their engagement, the two wasted no time and moved into their new home in Dallas, Texas.

In other news, Jordan Rodgers recently landed a sports broadcasting gig on the SEC network. ESPN executives confirmed that they signed Rodgers to be a college football studio analyst. Clearing rumors that they only hired Rodgers because of his Bachelorette stint, ESPN Senior Vice President Stephanie Druley told Sports Illustrated that they have known about him even before he entered the reality show. She added that they only knew about The Bachelorette when they tried to reach out to him for an audition.

“Our talent office had Jordan on their radar for some time. His name was in the initial group of names that we discussed when looking at people to bring to Charlotte (the SEC Network home) for auditions. He played at Vanderbilt. He played quarterback. We had seen some interviews that he had done. So we reached out to him. At the time, he was unavailable due to filming. I’m not even sure that we knew what show he was doing. When he became available, he came to Charlotte.”
