‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jax Wants Nelle Out Of Town — What Secret Is He Trying To Keep Hidden?

The kidney donor storyline on General Hospital has Carly, Sonny, and Jax on high alert ever since Nelle showed up on their doorstep. This mysterious girl claimed to be Josslyn’s possible donor, but there are questions as to whether her story is legit or not. Everything seems to add up, and Nelle does seem sincere. However, there just has to be more to this story.

General Hospital fans have been anxious to see actress Chloe Lanier back on the soap. The actress had played the role of a young Patricia Spencer last year in the highly emotional scenes involving Luke’s violent past. Now, she is back as a completely new character named Nelle Hayes, and as SheKnows Soaps has noted, Jax is not happy that Carly wants to keep her around to find out if her story is really true.

Nelle explained to them that her parents sold her kidney when she was quite young and without her knowledge of what was happening. She has a legitimate scar to prove that she had some kind of surgery, but that is not enough for Sonny or Jax. Both Sonny and Carly agreed that they want her to prove that she is the real donor, but Jax just wants to give her some money for her trouble and call it a day.

Ingo Rademacher has recently returned to his General Hospital role as Jasper Jacks just for this kidney donor storyline. He is supposedly concerned that Carly is invading their daughter’s privacy, but of course, there is going to be more to this story than what the hunky Australian is saying. As most General Hospital viewers saw on Tuesday’s episode, Jax was looking quite guilty as Nelle was telling her story.

The speculation right now is that Jax was the one who got the kidney for Josslyn illegally and doesn’t want anyone to know about it. However, there could be more to it. Everyone thought that Josslyn had gotten Jake Webber’s kidney when he had supposedly died in the car accident. As it turned out, Jake didn’t die but was kidnapped by Helena Cassadine and is now back home. If it is true that Jax got his daughter’s kidney from someone else, it seems like he somehow knew that Jake didn’t die in the accident. Does this mean that he knew all along that Jake was alive and kept quiet about it?

There is definitely a reason why he is so nervous about anyone finding out about where that donor came from. It may all come down to his brother, Jerry Jacks, who also worked with Helena Cassadine, and she was the one who was raising Jake on Cassadine Island away from his family. If this is where the writers of General Hospital are heading, then it is no wonder Jasper Jacks wants Carly to stop the investigation.

It does seem like Nelle’s story is true, but she could very well be a schemer and be lying about everything. Is she innocent in all of this? Celeb Dirty Laundry made an interesting observation about this new girl on General Hospital. Her last name is Hayes and a former character’s last name was Hayes as well. Logan Hayes was the son of Scotty Baldwin and was killed by Lulu years ago. The site pointed out that Nelle could possibly be Logan’s brother, and she is in town to find out more about him. Of course, that is just an observation because they both have the same last name, but it is certainly something to keep an eye out for.

One thing that is for certain is that Jax is somehow involved in this kidney mystery. How deep he is involved will hopefully be revealed very soon.
