Britney Spears Bares Yoga Body As Her Ryan Seacrest 'Gaydar' Video Goes Viral

Britney Spears is known for her perfect timing when it comes to her music. But now Spears also appears to have impeccable timing in getting attention for her yoga-toned bikini body, which she has been flaunting at precisely the same time as her throwback "gaydar" video with Ryan Seacrest is going viral, pointed out the Mirror.

Showing off her toned body in Hawaii, Spears chose a white bikini with a halter neck to showcase those fab abs. A cowboy hat and chic sunglasses completed the picture. However, Britney decided to use a different approach to showcasing her figure on Instagram by sharing a rear view highlighting her bodacious booty. She kept it family-friendly by removing her top but posing so that only her toned shoulders and back showed.

But although Britney is proud of her bombshell bikini body now, she has confessed to having problems with her weight previously. At 34, it's been challenging to maintain her sleek physique following her weight loss. However, she recently shared on Instagram that she has returned to yoga to enhance her figure.Spears also received help from a celebrity personal trainer, Tony Martinez, who guided her to weight loss success by combining tough workout sessions with a focus on a different diet. Martinez noted that Britney is a fan of intense circuit training.

"Core discs are little circle things that I had made up for my product and we use those for a lot of ab workouts. We use those for mountain climbers, will do a barrel role tuck in where you turn around all the way over and then you bring your knees in," he explained.

"[Britney likes] really functional exercises...she's like, 'I really feel this.'"
Britney's bikini body attention coincides with the spotlight on a throwback interview video that has gone viral. The video shows Ryan Seacrest chatting with Spears and about her Britney Jean album.

Seacrest is famed for his metro-sexual good looks and fit body. But as Spears' face revealed in the video, she had thought her friend was gay, pointed out the Daily Mail.

The interview took place on Ryan's iHeartRadio show in 2013. Britney was listening intently as Seacrest and were dishing on their relationships with women. Seacrest shared that he used "girls' cologne on my pillow to make me think they're there," noting a preference for Lancome's Tresore.

That's when Spears appeared to realize that Ryan was not gay, with her head looking from one man to the other. She was seen repeating the word "girl" with a look of surprise.

Social media has taken it from there, resurfacing the old video to focus on the rumor that it wasn't until that gone-viral interview that Spears learned that Seacrest was straight. Fans are speculating as to why Britney had thought that Ryan was gay.

Ryan currently is reportedly involved in a new romantic relationship with a former beauty queen, 26-year-old former beauty queen Hilary Cruz. However, he does not seem to hold a grudge against Spears about that viral video.

Britney took time to telephone into her friend's On Air With Ryan Seacrest radio show. The singer dished about her new album, Glory and her single, "Make Me." Spears also is scheduled to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival at the end of September.
