Is Kylie Jenner done with her reality television career?

According to a new report, the 18-year-old lip kit mogul may be preparing to part ways with Keeping Up with the Kardashians after starring on the E! Network reality show for the past 12 seasons. Her mom, Kris Jenner, isn’t happy.

“Kris sees [Kylie Jenner] as the new Kim and she’s convinced Kylie will be waving goodbye to millions of dollars if she walks,” a source revealed to OK! Magazine on July 28.

Although Kylie Jenner is making a ton of money with her new lip kits and eye shadows, which continue to sell out nearly immediately upon release, her celebrity persona has been increased by her time on the show. Without it, she may see a dip in her net worth.

Still, as the source explained, Kylie Jenner isn’t convinced that her happiness is worth the publicity, and she could soon leave the show in an effort to enjoy more privacy and time with her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Tyga.

“[Kylie Jenner] keeps telling Kris that you can’t put a price on happiness. And Kris can’t see that the more she fights Kylie over this, the more likely it is that she’ll quit,” the source explained.

During a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kylie Jenner admitted that she didn’t always feel like she was cut out for reality television.

“Some people are born for this, and some people aren’t,” she explained.

In addition to her lip kits and eye shadows, Kylie Jenner is involved in deals with Pac Sun, Puma, and Top Shop, where she and her older sister, Kendall, 20, recently debuted their first swimwear line.

Last year, following the confirmation of Kylie Jenner’s romance with Tyga, a source claimed the rapper was encouraging Jenner to leave Keeping Up with the Kardashians in lieu of a show of their own.

“[Kylie Jenner] has been thinking about what’s next for her. Tyga is definitely in her ear telling her it’s time she break off from the family show,” an insider told Hollywood Life last August. “He thinks she’s a huge star in her own right and wants her to make her mark. Now that she’s 18 it’s time for her to go her own way.”

“At the very least, Tyga thinks he and [Kylie Jenner] should have their own reality show like Khloe and Lamar [Odom],” the insider continued. “He would absolutely love that.”

In November of last year, Kylie Jenner and Tyga’s relationship began to show signs of cracks and briefly, they ended their relationship. Then, after getting back together, Kylie Jenner and Tyga began to face rumors of his possible cheating and months ago, he stepped out with model Val Mercado, immediately prompting rumors of a potential split.

While Kylie Jenner and Tyga remained together for the majority of early 2016, they ended their romance in early May and began to date other people. However, after Kylie Jenner engaged in a short-lived romance with hip-hop artist PartyNextDoor and Tyga enjoyed a fling with model Demi Rose, they ended up back together and have been going strong ever since. In fact, Kylie Jenner has recently been sporting a massive ring on her engagement finger, which has led to tons of rumors regarding her potential wedding to Tyga.
