Tom Hiddleston Arrives In Los Angeles To Support Taylor Swift After VMA Snub

Tom Hiddleston landed in Los Angeles earlier this week following Taylor Swift’s shocking VMA snub.

According to new photos, Tom Hiddleston was seen arriving to the Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday before likely reuniting with his girlfriend, Swift, who was left off the nominees list for the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards, despite having released three videos this year.

“Tom Hiddleston was seen touching down at LAX airport on Tuesday, no doubt preparing he reunite [sic] with his girlfriend and console her following the surprising [VMA] snub,” the Daily Mail revealed to readers on July 27. “The 35-year-old British actor looked calm and collected as he made his way through the airport, seemingly heading off to meet the pop princess.”

During his visit to the airport, Tom Hiddleston was sporting jeans and a white T-shirt, which he capped off with grey suede shoes and a blue bomber jacket.

The following evening, Tom Hiddleston stepped out with his singer girlfriend in Santa Monica, California, where the couple enjoyed a dinner date at Hillstone restaurant. During the date, Swift, who was seen at a local gym earlier in the day, sported a black top and skirt.

“They were tucked away in the second floor of the restaurant,” a source told People Magazine of the outing on July 27. “They seemed to really be enjoying each others’ company.”

“[Tom Hiddleston] drove them to the restaurant. They held hands and looked very happy,” added a second source.

Tom Hiddleston’s romance with Swift began last month after the singer split from her former DJ boyfriend, Calvin Harris. However, in just weeks time, the couple has traveled to Italy, the U.K., Australia, and several other places in the U.S., including Nashville, Tennessee.

Because Swift and Harris ended their relationship just a couple of weeks before she stepped out with Tom Hiddleston, the singer has received many hateful comments about her dating habits on social media.

In other Tom Hiddleston news, the 35-year-old British actor has reportedly begun giving Swift acting lessons in hopes of launching her career in the movie world. As Swift continues to face backlash due to her alleged lies about Kanye West’s “Famous,” which were recently exposed in a shocking video shared by Kim Kardashian, a source claims the singer is hoping to embark on a series of new projects.

“Taylor’s always wanted to cross over into movies, but the only feature-length films she gets offered are tied to her music career,” a friend of Tom Hiddleston and his girlfriend revealed to Radar Online on July 27, adding that Swift is “intensely jealous” of Nick Jonas’ successful venture into acting with his popular series, Kingdom.

According to the source, Swift has been offered many roles, but so far, she “has no interest” in anything that is not a major movie role and is hoping Tom Hiddleston and his tips will help her jump-start her career and land her desired roles.

“Taylor really hopes to hone her acting talent and land a proper dramatic role,” said the friend. “Taylor always wanted to be an actress rather than a singer and with [Tom Hiddleston] sharing his secrets, that dream might come true.”

As for what Tom Hiddleston thinks about the possibility of Swift venturing into acting, the friend said, “he thinks she’s got genuine talent and could be known for her screen work one day.”
