Adam Lind Speaks Out After Engagement News, Comments On His Decision To Quit ‘Teen Mom 2’?
Adam Lind has quit Teen Mom 2, and judging by his social media feed, he isn’t regretting his decision to leave the MTV reality show one bit.
While the reality star and father of two has been staying mum in regard to his ex-girlfriend Chelsea Houska’s baby news, which was announced last week on her official website, Lind has shared tons of updates on Instagram, and in one of his latest posts, he talks about moving on from the past.
“Few things in my life I’ve finally gotten over and stopped caring about… It will never permanently go away… But it will never control my life the way it used [to],” Adam Lind wrote on July 17.

Although Adam Lind and his fiancée, Stasia Huber, were rumored to have gotten married recently, it was later revealed that they were engaged, and on Huber’s Instagram account days ago, she confirmed the news with her fans by sharing a photo of herself and her diamond ring.
Adam Lind began dating Huber after splitting from Taylor Halbur, the mother of his second child, just months after his youngest daughter, Paislee, now 2, was born, and while the couple was said to have split briefly earlier this year, they ultimately decided to give their romance another go, and now, they are headed towards what will hopefully be marital bliss.
As Adam Lind prepares to marry Huber, the mother of his oldest daughter Aubree, Chelsea Houska, is preparing to marry her fiancé, Cole DeBoer, later this year. Following an engagement at the end of last year, Houska began planning for a fall 2016 wedding, and despite her recently announced pregnancy, she has confirmed her and DeBoer’s wedding will not be postponed.

Adam Lind first expressed his interest in moving on from Teen Mom 2 in March of this year, around the time of the series’ Season 7 premiere.
“I’m sick of being known as the guy from Teen Mom,” Adam Lind wrote on Instagram at the time, as The Ashley’s Reality Roundup revealed. “But instead I’m going to be known for bodybuilding and fitness…I will not be filming…I fly out to NYC for Season 7 Reunion Show with their ‘stars’ and after that I’m done…I will be milking out for a free trip to NYC one last time so [my girlfriend] Stasia has the opportunity to see NYC for free. And then I’m out.”
“They already have been offering me more money…and also they are also wanting to do another show just for the fathers,” Adam Lind continued. “It don’t matter the amount of money anymore. I’m so much better than being bribed by money. I wasn’t raised to be greedy and sucked into this evil world.”
Following his Instagram rant, Adam Lind appeared at the Teen Mom 2 Reunion Special in Los Angeles, where he revealed to Dr. Drew Pinsky that he was only present because he was contractually obligated to be there. At the same time, Adam Lind refused to answer any questions sent his way and informed Dr. Drew Pinsky that he would not be continuing on with his reality television career.
“I’m not gonna give you guys what you want anymore. I’m done with it,” Adam Lind explained, via Starcasm. “I’m just done with the show, I don’t want to participate in the show anymore. I even texted MTV that I didn’t want to come to f**ing L.A. and I was told you better get a lawyer to get out of your contract. So, here I sit.”
