‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’: Stevie J Files A Restraining Order Against Joseline Hernandez, Breaks Silence About Molestation Accusations

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta fans have been wondering when Stevie J would say or do something about the wild rumors Joseline Hernandez has been spreading about him. Ever since their split, Joseline has been telling all kinds of supposed secrets that she claims to know about Stevie. Her recent claims that the LHHATL star was molesting his own daughter took it way too far though, and now Stevie has filed for a restraining order to keep the Puerto Rican Princess at least 200 feet away from him at all times.

Stevie J referred to Joseline’s recent lashing out at him as a “sick attempt at revenge” in documents obtained by TMZ. Joseline has been releasing increasingly shocking “information” about her Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-star and has even claimed that she can take a lie detector test about the shocking claims to further prove them.

Joseline’s most recent claim, that Stevie J molests his 6-year old daughter with Mimi Faust, was the last straw. As the Inquisitr previously reported, just days ago, Joseline Hernandez posted an angry message on Twitter that claimed both Stevie J and his father are pedophiles. After she posted the shocking claim, a former employee and family member of Mimi Faust came out and also posted that she believed Stevie was being inappropriate with Eva.

“You know you are the daddy of this baby. But thank god you are disclaiming the baby. Good. We don’t want your last name your family is sick your dad is a child molester and so are you.”

To make matters even worse, Joseline also recently announced that she is pregnant. The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star went so far as to post pictures of her swollen belly and has been referring to her new bundle as “baby Joseline.”

Fans began to question the reality of Joseline Hernandez’s pregnancy claims though after the reality star posted an ultrasound photo to Instagram and then later deleted it. Just days later, Joseline posted on Instagram again and rather than posting more baby news, she was actually posting a couple of selfies before a club appearance. The problem is, Joseline doesn’t look pregnant at all in the pictures.

Stevie J also responded to the pregnancy rumors on Twitter and it looks like he doesn’t really believe Joseline either. It seems that fans and LHHATL co-stars alike are just waiting to see if Joseline is lying about her pregnancy news because as Stevie put it, “time will tell.”

Time will also tell if Stevie or Joseline will be headed back to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta after the current season. On the last episode, Mimi even explained that even with all of the drama, Stevie and Joseline really might end up back together again.

With a restraining order in place, not to mention all of the bad blood between them, it looks like the former reality TV couple won’t be pretending they are married anymore. After Joseline started her campaign to ruin Stevie after their split, he promptly admitted during a radio interview that he and Joseline were never actually married in the first place.

In the wake of the Stevie J restraining order, it looks like Joseline Hernandez still has some personal items to pick up from her former fake husband. This is interesting because, as far as they have been showing on LHHATL, Stevie has been staying with Mimi Faust. In any case, the restraining order gives Joseline permission to pick up her diamond ring and her Rolex watch, but she has to have police with her when she does it.
