Nick Cannon Dating Chilli From TLC — New Couple Caught Kissing At Summerfest

Nick Cannon has moved on with another high profile woman while still working to finalize his divorce from Mariah Carey. The America’s Got Talent host was recently seen getting cozy with none other than Chilli from TLC. The new couple hasn’t even made their status official but some fans caught the lovebirds kissing at Summerfest in Rochester, New York.

The rumor mill has been buzzing about a possible relationship between Nick and Chilli ever since the Summerfest sighting. The New York Daily News reported that the new couple was seen cuddling up and even making out on Saturday night at the music festival.

“He watched Chilli intensely and lovingly as the group performed, then couldn’t keep his hands off her backstage,” says the NYDN source. “They are definitely together.”

Nick Cannon has been romantically linked to a few other women since splitting from Mariah in 2014, but none seem to have stuck. Nicole Murphy and Amber Rose were both reported as possible love connections for the America’s Got Talent host since splitting with Mariah, but Cannon never did talk about Murphy and insisted that he and Amber were friends (and he happens to be her manager.)

On the other hand, Mariah has been dating billionaire James Packer since June 2015. Mariah and James even became engaged in January, even though she still hasn’t finalized her divorce from Cannon.

Nick Cannon and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas have reportedly known each other for quite some time. There are reports that Nick and Chilli have been romantically linked for a while now but just kept their romance under wraps.

A report from E! News also claimed that Nick and Chilli were making out at Summerfest. Their source also claims that the couple has been quietly dating each other for months. That said, the reports also claim that Nick and Chilli haven’t become exclusive or have taken their new relationship very seriously. Based on the sound of it, though, things could get intense very fast. Those who did see them making out during Summerfest said it was definitely a more than friends kind of thing going on.

“Nick and Chilli [have] been hanging out on the low,” said the source. “[They’ve] been friends for some time and just recently this summer they have been hanging out romantically.”

“Chilli is a very mature woman that’s been around the music industry for sometime and gets it,” the E! News source continued. “Nick has always had a crush on her growing up. He thinks she is beautiful.”

TLC’s Chilli is 45-years old, giving her a decade on the 35-year old Nick Cannon. That shouldn’t bother him much considering that Chilli is actually younger than Mariah Carey by a whole year.

The new Nick Cannon romance seems contradictory to things he said earlier in the year. When asked about romance rumors and who he might be dating, Nick claimed that he didn’t have time for dating. He also said that he doesn’t really want to be a boyfriend. The America’s Got Talent host keeps a full schedule with MTV’s Wild ‘N Out and the many other projects he has been working on both in front of and behind the camera.
