Nevada Teacher Couple Accused Of Having Threesome With Student
Las Vegas, NV – A teacher couple was arrested for allegedly engaging in a threesome with a 16-year-old female student. Bambie Dewey, 32, and John Stalmach, 31, were charged with soliciting sex from a minor. Stalmach was also booked on sexual misconduct between a student and teacher charges. Henderson County law enforcement officers maintain the couple had inappropriate physical contact with the girl together in their home and that the male educator also had intercourse with the teenager later on his own.
Both teachers were employed at Brown Junior High School; the alleged victim also attended the same public facility. Stalmach is currently employed at Dailey Elementary, according to the Daily Mail. The accuser is attends Basic High, where Stalmach also once taught, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal.
A statement released by the district reads:
“These teachers are off payroll and this serves as a reminder to parents to talk to their kids about any abnormal interactions with adults.”
In Nevada, it is a felony for anyone over the age of 21 working in a position of authority at an educational facility to have any type of sexual contact with a student. If the minor is 16 or 17, the offender is charged with a class C felony. Offenses which occur with students who are 14 or 15 are charged under class B felony statutes. Both of the adults accused of engaging in a minajatwa with the female minor are being held on bond at a local jail.
Earlier this year, three other adults in positions of authority at school districts in the Las Vegas are were also arrested on a variety of lewdness, molestation, or sexual misconduct charges.
