A previously reported by the Inquisitr, Chad (Billy Flynn) considered breaking Abigail (Kate Mansi) out of the mental hospital. However, Abby decided she couldn’t wait for her husband and escaped on her own. With an arson investigation underway and Abigail possibly facing criminal charges, will she be found before it’s too late? Will she continue to have hallucinations of Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) while she is in hiding? How will Chad cope with his wife running off and not bothering to contact him?

According to DOOL spoilers from Soap Shows, Chad will get a clue to Abigail’s whereabouts during the week of July 4. However, the website teased that it might lead nowhere. That makes sense since there is no way Abigail will be found right now. Kate Mansi’s replacement, Marci Miller, will not appear on television screens until fall of 2016. That means it will be a few months before Abby is found or when she decides to return to Salem.

As for Abigail’s hallucinations, a previous episode of Days Of Our Lives had the character saying “goodbye” to Ben Weston. It wasn’t really him, but a hallucination. Could Chad’s missing wife finally realize that everything she thought was real was all in her mind? As most know, hallucinations generally don’t get “wished away.” However, the mind is a powerful thing and Abby is a strong woman. Perhaps when fans see Abigail again she will be back to her old self, free from Ben Weston and her hallucinations.

What else is happening in Salem next week besides Chad and Abigail? NBC released a preview clip, which can be viewed below. It turns out that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) are not the only ones to find out Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry) is alive. Deimos will make his presense known to Kate (Lauren Koslow) as well. This should be a big concern to her, but Deimos is not the only man Kate is worried about. Despite having a deal with Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), Kate also has concerns about partnering up with him.

Also, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) will try to work on rekindling her relationship with Aiden Jennings (Daniel Cosgrove). However, the memories will prove to just be too much. But, that isn’t the worst thing. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will find clues that Aiden may not be Aiden at all. In fact, they have no clue who the man pretending to be Aiden is and Hope may be in danger. If this is true, than what is up with his nightmares about being held captive? Fans should find out soon, but all Shawn (Brandon Beemer) knows is that they have to get his mom away “from this lunatic.”

The Days Of Our Lives preview for July 4, 2016, also shows Rafe trying to reach Hope once again. However, he is suddenly hit over the head by an unknown assailant. Is it Andre, who has been determined to get revenge for Stefano’s death and being framed for murder? Did Andre hire someone to attack Rafe? Or is it someone else?

Days Of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC.
