Chris Brown Evicted From Ibiza Rental Villa After Trashing The Place [Updated]

Chris Brown was enjoying a vacation on the Spanish island of Ibiza but spoiled it after overstaying his welcome and trashing the villa he stayed in with urine and vomit. The story has since been disputed by Brown and this article has now been updated at the end of this page.

Brown is currently on a European tour and rented the sprawling villa for himself and his entourage in Ibiza, one of the Spanish Balearic Islands and considered the party capital of the world. He was spending the last week in June in the villa in Ibiza at a rent of $50,000 and was supposed to be out of the house by July 1.

According to Ace Showbiz, it is unknown whether the R&B star had a party while staying at the luxury villa, but he and his friends definitely wrecked the place. He now not only owes the owner $26,000 in outstanding rent, but that figure is more likely to be $60,000 taking into account the damage he and his entourage caused to the luxury home.

According to the landlord, he had to phone the police when Brown didn’t leave the villa on time, but it was even worse after the cops evicted Chris and the owner of the property got a look inside.

Reportedly there was vomit “everywhere” in the villa and the bed was soaked in urine. According to TMZ, there is an $11,000 counter top that has been completely wrecked.

But that’s not all, as there were reportedly several knife marks in the interior walls of the villa. It apparently looked like people had been playing darts in the house by throwing knives around.

While the landlord was claiming Brown hadn’t paid the rental he owed, a source close to Rihanna’s ex told TMZ there had been an issue with the landlord’s bank account and that the payment had been made. If that is the case, he now only owes money to the landlord for the damages caused during his stay.

Brown apparently wasn’t the least bit fazed by the damage he had done to the property, or the fact that he had been evicted, as he posted several photos on Instagram of himself and his friends on the patio of the villa after leaving the house.

Meanwhile, Chris isn’t having the best of times at the moment. As reported by the Inquisitr, rap producer Suge Knight is suing him, claiming Brown failed to prevent him being shot at one of the R&B’s star’s parties back in 2014.

On top of that, two female employees have left their jobs with Brown recently. One is his publicist, Nicole Perna, who claims Chris called her a “b***h” in a text rant. The second is tour manager Nancy Ghosh, who said she felt unsafe around Brown after he reportedly unleashed a crazy tirade at her when “irrational and high on drugs.”

Update:

While TMZ had reported that Chris Brown and his friends had trashed the villa in Ibiza, the singer took to Instagram today to dismiss the rumor and to share several videos of what the house actually looked like on the day he and his friends left.

In one of the videos, Brown explained the landlord had made up the story about them wrecking the villa to get more money out of him. He further said he videoed the state of the house before they left as the landlord had begun to get aggressive and Brown wanted to protect himself in case something happened.

“This is exactly why I recorded all those videos in the house,” he said. “It doesn’t make sense. Once again, slandering my name … It’s f**king petty and it’s unnecessary. It’s unprofessional, one. I don’t conduct myself like that. We turn up, we have fun, we’re not no f**king animals, bro … Good luck on that money, we ain’t tear that house up.”

In another video, Chris takes viewers on a tour of the villa, saying: “Now this right here is a recording just to make sure these muthaf**kers ain’t trying to get over because they doing some janky business, trying to put us at fault. Always Chris Brown’s problem, right. So, if y’all see some bulls**t on TMZ saying, oh, Chris Brown and them trashed the f**king house or whatever, that’s the people, the landlord trying to get some money.”

In each video, the rented house looks to be in good condition. Reportedly the only damage the 27-year-old singer showed was a dent in the wall.
