Harry Styles Going Out To Sea For New Movie ‘Dunkirk’: Are There Still Openings For Extras In This Christopher Nolan Film?

Harry Styles, after a month of filming in France, is most likely heading out into the harbor near Weymouth for dramatic sea battle scenes in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk. Nolan is sparing no expense in the production. While filming began last month, there could still be time for interested extras to participate in this major motion picture with Harry. The movie is scheduled for release on July 21, 2017, according to Blackmore Vale Magazine.

Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk will feature authentic World War II-era ships and planes in some cases rather than replicas. There are rumors that Christopher actually paid $5 million for a nearly priceless Nazi WWII-era Luftwaffe aircraft for the movie. He has been said to be equipping that plane with IMAX cameras in order to film an epic sea battle, according to the Telegraph. Could this nearly 80-year-old-plane actually fly in the upcoming movie?

Harry Styles, of One Direction, will co-star with Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Cillian Murphy, and Kenneth Branagh as well as newcomer Fionn Whitehead. The official press release, quoted in the Telegraph, explains how the film is progressing.

“Principal photography on the epic action thriller Dunkirk is underway in Dunkirk, France. Christopher Nolan (Interstellar, Inception, The Dark Knight Trilogy) is directing Dunkirk from his own original screenplay, utilizing a mixture of IMAX and 65mm film to bring the story to the screen. The production will shoot in France, Holland, the UK, and Los Angeles.”

Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk will be a major film production in every sense of the word. Plans to use the Weymouth harbor may have been leaked, according to Blackmore Vale Magazine. It seems that Weymouth & Portland Borough Council is holding a series of meetings with an unnamed movie company requesting to shoot a major film in the harbor. Coincidentally, an open casting call for extras was held on Saturday at the Weymouth Pavilion. It was mentioned that the movie was an “untitled” WWII project.

Harry Styles fans are dreaming of the chance to be in a move with their beloved singer, but those fans in the UK had better be both quick and persistent. One casting meeting has already been held, and perhaps there will be others. Those interested need to find out the details and start applying for those jobs ASAP. Fans in Holland and Los Angeles still have time to get in Styles’ new film, but they need to be vigilant, stay informed, and watch for announcements.

Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk will start filming in Weymouth and Swanage next month, according to Unreality TV, who spoke with 2020 Casting representative Arron Cuthbertson. Unreality TV reports that 2020 Casting is looking for men and women of all ages who can appear to be from the 1940 era. Men will need special World War II-style haircuts to try out as extras.

Harry Styles’ gorgeous dark locks fell victim to the haircut requirement months ago, and fans still mourn the loss. Girls can console themselves, though, as Harry is looking very healthy, gaining a bit of muscle, and getting rather fit. The movie part is physically demanding, so Styles had to get in shape to meet the rigorous challenges of simulated battle.

Harry Styles has apparently earned a bit of shore leave after his great work in France. Harry has been seen this week in London hanging out with friends. Styles even posed for selfies with a crowd of fans.

Harry Styles plans to finish his new solo album after he’s completed his work in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk.
