Kylie Jenner Ready For Fresh Start: Puts Home On The Market For $4 Million, Wears Boots As Pants

Kylie Jenner is ready to turn over a new page in her life and move on from a not-so-humble place she once called her home. According to TMZ, Kylie Jenner put her home on the market for $4 million.

Kylie Jenner bought the Calabasas home, with a living space of 4,800 sq ft, over a year ago for $2.7 million and completely changed the inside and the back yard. With the new upgrade completed, the home went on the market for $3.9 million despite it not being clear how much Kylie Jenner spent on remodeling the house.

The house once owned by Kylie Jenner, which has been listed by real estate giant Tomer Friedman, is stated to have five bedrooms, a pool, and a closet space as far as the eye can see. And with the giant dining table in the backyard, the house is party-ready as well. Kylie Jenner also recently paid $6 million last May for a new house in Hidden Hills, the same neighborhood as Kim and Kris.

The new home could be just what Kylie Jenner needs to make a fresh start in her life as she recently split from her now-ex-boyfriend, Tyga, in May. According to Vanity Fair, Kylie Jenner and Tyga are still friends, and the main cause of the breakup was attributed to her image.

Jenner had apparently taken the spotlight off Tyga during the duration of the relationship. Tyga spoke on how Kylie Jenner overshadowed his talents during the relationship.

“When you’re in a very public relationship like that, it’s hard for other people to see you differently than that. Being in that… it took a lot, career wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for.”

Although it ended, Kylie Jenner and Tyga still remain friends, and he believes that they might reunite in the future. Jenner is young, and Tyga understands this. He also notes that Jenner and her age were a big factor regarding the breakup. Tyga spoke on how Kylie Jenner’s age factored into the breakup, saying that people invariably make mistakes when they’re young, and when those mistakes are made in the public eye, it can put a great deal of strain on a relationship.

He went on to say that the breakup allowed him to focus on himself again, and how it was the best decision for both of them.

“Right now, I want to focus on what I need to do. I just wanted to get back to just me. I think for her as well.”

Tyga and Jenner both wanted time apart, and Tyga spoke on how the breakup between him and Kylie Jenner was mutual.

“It got to the point where it was like, ‘I respect you, you respect me.’ I think it’s a mutual thing. This is what needs to happen. When something is so damaged or something is just not right, you can’t fix it in a moment. The only thing is time.”

At the young age of 18, Kylie Jenner still has her whole life ahead of her, and she could meet the right guy at any time. She recently showed off her fierce and inventive image with a daring fashion choice. According to Glamour, Kylie Jenner wore her boots as pants.

Being young and daring entitles Jenner to have all the fun in the world when it comes to dressing herself up, which is why she has been known to go for outfits that many others wouldn’t dare to try. Previously, she has worn a belt as a skirt on two occasions, and she also single-handedly brought back the monokini earlier this season. The trick to her pulling off the boots-as-skirt look was with her shirt, which was oversized. Her thigh-high suede boots acted more like pants, which worked for her, as she looked absolutely great in them.
