‘Real Housewives: All Stars’ Will Happen, Reveals Housewives Head Honcho Andy Cohen — Who Will Join The Cast?

Fans are about to get the Real Housewives crossover they’ve always dreamed about.

During an interview with ET, Andy Cohen revealed that Bravo will eventually produce Real Housewives: All Stars, but only when the timing is right.

“You know what? We will do Real Housewives: All Stars when the show is just about out of gas,” Cohen told the outlet.

Unfortunately, the franchise has seen a boost in ratings all across the board this past year, which means an All Star version might be a few years out.

“So right now we had our second highest season of Beverly Hills, New York’s highest ratings since 2012, and Orange County, last season had its highest rated season in 10 seasons,” Cohen shared. “So, we are nowhere near the point where we need to put eight of them on an island.”

At least fans can rest assured knowing that Bravo will eventually team up stars like Bethenny Frankel and NeNe Leakes. Even if All Stars is still a way off, seeing the strongest personalities from each city mingle is definitely worth the wait.

“We will, and I can’t wait to do it,” Cohen continued. “But it’s going to be at the end of the line… We’ll do it at the end. It’s something that we don’t waste now. We want to save it for later.”

With the new series confirmed, which cast members will likely get cast for Real Housewives: All Stars?

According to People, Frankel would be one of the top choices for an All-Star edition. After all, Frankel is one of the most direct and outspoken cast members of all time, and she has plenty of success in the real world to back her up.

Leakes comes in as a close second. In fact, Leakes was debatably the biggest star on Bravo’s lineup before her departure after Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Of course, seeing Leakes clash with Frankel would draw the ultimate ratings.

Vicki Gunvalson is another obvious casting choice. Not only has she been a part of The Real Housewives of Orange County since the beginning, but her involvement with Brooks Ayers cancer scandal became the most talked-about drama last season.

An All Star season would not be complete without an interesting personal story, which is where Kim Richards would fit in perfect. Richards’ struggle with alcoholism has been well documented on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and her comeback story would certainly inject another layer of depth to the show.

When it comes to diversifying the cast, Adriana De Moura would be a great choice to add some culture to the mix. After the end of The Real Housewives of Miami, De Moura made a name for herself in the art world in Miami.

Lastly, All Stars would definitely need a wildcard to keep everyone on edge. Michaele Salahi could fulfill that role in more ways than one.

As fans will recall, the Real Housewives of D.C. star stirred up more drama than anyone in the history of the show. Not only did she lie about her former life as a cheerleader on the Washington Redskins, but she was also involved in a White House scandal back in 2010.

That being said, the Hollywood Gossip is reporting that a new franchise could also bring some old faces back into the fold. This includes the likes of Danielle Staub and the recently departed Yolanda Hadid.

Either way, putting together a stellar cast of current and former Housewives would be a huge success for Bravo. Now, the only downside is having to wait to see it happen.
