Taylor Swift Called Calvin Harris ‘The One,’ Spoke About Marriage Prior To Split

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris’s break-up came as a shock to fans, and new reports are claiming that Swift was just as blindsided by the news, as she allegedly referred to Harris as “The One” and even spoke about marriage just weeks before they split.

According to a new report by Perez Hilton, in a leaked direct message Taylor sent to one of her former dancers, Swift actually referred to Calvin as being “The One” shortly after they began dating in 2015.

The site is reporting that a Twitter user who goes by the name @MrChikri1337 accessed the Twitter accounts of two of Taylor Swift’s dancers from her 1989 tour, named Scott Myrick and Mallauri Esquibel, and leaked a screen shot from what they alleged to be a conversation between Swift and one of the dancers.

The Twitter user posted a screen shot of an alleged message one of the dancers sent to Swift after she and Harris first went public with their romance, where Taylor appeared to confirm that she was head over heels for Calvin.

The screen shot claims to show a sweet message one of the dancers sent to Taylor on July 4 2015 that read, “So unbelievably happy for you!!! He looks like the champion you deserve. Xoxox”

Taylor then allegedly replied to the message, “It’s the way you felt when you met the one” alongside a heart symbol.

While neither Taylor nor the dancer has spoken out about the authenticity of the alleged leaked direct Twitter message, Scott later confirmed that his account was in fact hacked after regaining access to his Twitter account on July 5, tweeting out, “Phewf… We back.”

The supposed message exchange between the two also came shortly after Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris officially went public with the romance, during which time Swift celebrated Independence Day by posting cozy photos of herself and Harris enjoying the holiday together on Instagram.

Taylor posted a photo of herself on Calvin’s back on the social media site on the same day the message is dated, July 4, which she captioned, “Friendly relations between Scotland and America.”

Taylor Swift then posted another shot of the two together on an inflatable swan while she appeared to be plant a kiss on Harris’s cheek, which she captioned, “Swan squad.”

Reports claiming that Taylor once referred to Calvin as “The One” come amid rumors that Swift and Harris’s break-up wasn’t exactly mutual.

According to a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the break-up, Taylor allegedly envisioned a serious future with Harris and was reportedly even talking about getting married to the DJ mere weeks before the surprising split.

Taylor has so far stayed tight-lipped regarding the rumors surrounding the end of her 15-month romance with Calvin, though People first reported that Swift and Harris had split on June 1 but claimed that there was “no drama” between the couple and added that “no one cheated” to end the relationship.

“Things just don’t work out sometimes,” a source told the site of why Swift and Harris opted to call it quits after more than a year of dating, before Calvin then officially confirmed his and Taylor’s break-up on social media.

“The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” Calvin tweeted out to his more than seven million followers on June 2, which Taylor then retweeted on her own account.
