Lamar Odom Addiction: Khloe Kardashian, Odell Beckham Jr. Romance — How It’ll Affect Troubled NBA Player

Just days after Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from soon-to-be ex-husband Lamar Odom, the reality star was spotted hooking up with NFL player Odell Beckham Jr., which reports allege is causing all kinds of problems between Khloe and Lamar.

According to sources, Lamar is saddened and angered by the fact that Khloe has given up on their marriage, having not only allegedly blindsided him with the divorce but also made it clear to the public that she’s single and ready to mingle.

Earlier this week, Khloe and Odell were said to have been seen kissing and hugging at a party at 1OAK in Las Vegas. Several photos of the two hugging one another quickly surfaced online, and from what insiders are saying, Lamar Odom is devastated, having convinced himself that he has lost his wife for good this time.

“Lamar’s pissed after seeing Khloe in Odell’s clutches. Odell is one of those young cats that has mad swag and virtually can have his pick of any girl he wants,” the source told Hollywood Life.

“Lamar knows Odell’s the toast of the town and honestly knows he doesn’t stand a chance when it comes to competing with Odell for women – Khloe included. He’s jealous. He now knows Khloe means business. Seeing her with Odell has made him realize that she’s about to leave him for good and there’s nothing he can really do about it.” Ouch that sounds painful for Lamar.”

Khloe’s hookup with Odell comes just weeks after it was revealed that Lamar Odom had formed yet another addiction — this time with alcohol. The NBA player’s closest pals believed that Odom had made alcohol his substitute to drugs and is downing several shots in the early hours of the day.

On top of that, Lamar was already photographed drinking alcohol at a bar and at a mall, making it evidently clear that he’s not shying away from the fact that he’s still dealing with his own personal issues.

But with that in mind, KUWTK fans have come to Khloe’s defense, stressing that the 31-year-old can’t spend her entire life watching over a man who not only cheated on her but almost lost his own life from a drug overdose and still doesn’t want to make significant changes to improve his life.

Khloe and her family were said to have approached Lamar Odom with a chance to seek help at a rehab facility, which the father-of-two reportedly refused.

Lamar is very much in denial over the demons that he’s still battling, and while Khloe might have been open to reconciling with Odom following his overdose — having thought he’d make a change — things have completely changed now that it’s clear Lamar has no plans to live a sober life.

Following reports alleging that Khloe was dating Odell Beckham Jr., Khloe went on to tweet, “it’s not that deep,” yet still failing to address the subject at hand.

Credible sources say that the romance between her and Odell is the real deal, she still cares for Lamar Odom, but the idea of babysitting him for the rest of his life has become tiring for someone who wants to settle down, get married, and eventually have kids with somebody more stable.
