Cara Delevingne Gets Naughty And Naked: Was She Fined At The Airport?

Cara Delevingne is a model who lives by her own rules. She was first recognized in the modeling world, but now she has worked her way into the Hollywood crowd. She even traded in Taylor Swift’s girl squad for DC’s upcoming film Suicide Squad.

Now the British model is getting candid about the time she was naked in a forest to prepare for her role of June Moone’s The Enchantress. In her naked and candid interview with W Magazine, Delevingne admitted that she and director David Ayer talked about mental illness and drug addiction, a subject she finds fascination.

Then, during their second meeting, Delevingne read a scene from Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Since she acted in the play when she was 17-years-old, she assumed she would get the role by acting out the scene again.

“Somehow when we were doing the scene, I became livid,” Delevingne revealed. “I hadn’t felt rage like that in years, and then I got the part.”

But there’s one more thing she needed to do. Ayer wanted her to find a forest and to walk around naked during a full moon. So, Delevingne obliged and dipped her toes into the mud and howled loudly at the moon that faithful night. She joked that it would have been hilarious if someone she knew had seen her.

It seems like the model is serious about acting, but according to her godmother, Joan Collins, she shouldn’t act at all.

“Cara asked me for advice about becoming an actress when she was 16 or 17. I gave her my advice in a word – don’t,” the Royals star revealed to OK! Magazine. “That Jack Nicholson line in the movie he did with Helen Hunt: ‘Just what the world needs, another actress.'”

But Collins does applaud Delevingne for how she took on the acting world. The Victoria’s Secret Angel booked major fashion campaigns is now booking major films.

“It’s a hideously overcrowded profession. Incredibly difficult, so she was clever, she began modeling and she has a wonderful look. I haven’t seen any of her work, but I hear she’s a wonderful actress. She’s an individual.”

Delevingne is currently filming Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, according to Vogue. In addition, four of her other films, Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie, Kids in Love, London Fields, Tulip Fever, and Suicide Squad, are all scheduled for release later this year.

But is the model’s naughty behavior going to cost her her career? Earlier this month, Delevingne was detained for an hour at an airport after she used profanity when her bag was searched during a routine security check before her Eurostar flight. Delevingne allegedly shouted “f*** you” at a female security guard during the “bizarre” incident in Paris at the Gare du Nord station, according to a Daily Mail report.

Onlookers claimed that she acted like a “spoiled brat” during the alleged incident.

“It was a full-on meltdown in the middle of security. There were at least 20 people around and she didn’t seem to care who saw. It was like she thought she didn’t have to abide by the same rules as everyone else just because she’s famous.”

Delevingne was then led into a private room where she stayed for an hour. When she left, she looked as if she was crying, claims the British tabloid. Delevingne was on her way back to London ahead of her sister Poppy’s 30th birthday party at the Chiltern Firehouse restaurant on May 5. According to the reports, Delevingne was almost late to her own sister’s party because she was detained in security in Paris.

After she was detained, she was given a fine for verbal abuse in Paris before boarding a Eurostar train to London, a French judicial source told the Telegraph. The source did not disclose the amount of the fine or specify whether Delevingne paid up on the spot. Since she paid the fine, it’s unlikely that she will face prosecution.
