Lauren Bushnell, Caila Quinn And Amanda Stanton React To JoJo Fletcher As Bachelorette

The three other women who made it to the hometown dates alongside JoJo Fletcher during Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor have reacted to her turn in the spotlight. Prior to and/or after the premiere episode of The Bachelorette featuring JoJo aired on Monday night, Lauren Bushnell, Caila Quinn, and Amanda Stanton all shared their thoughts via social media.

Prior to the episode airing, JoJo tweeted her excitement over sharing her journey to find love with her fans. JoJo hoped that people will see her find the man of her dreams.

Lauren responded to JoJo’s tweet by tweeting several women with bunny ears emojis. Lauren tweeting those emojis seems to indicate that she’s confident that JoJo will put on a good show.

It’s not clear whether Lauren Bushnell, who ended up being the one engaged to Ben Higgins after he sent JoJo home, actually watched the premiere episode since she has yet to share any thoughts on the episode itself.

One person who did watch the premiere episode was Caila Quinn. Caila, who came in third for Ben, watched the first episode with several of her friends. She posted a video of herself and her friends reacting to the episode. “So what do we think of the men?” Caila asked her friends. Her friends give their enthusiastic approval of the 25 men vying for JoJo’s hearts. Caila agreed.

“There’s some cuties out there.”

Caila also shared her opinion that the contestants’ photos don’t do them justice.

Caila was reportedly initially chosen by the franchise’s producers to be the next Bachelorette. The producers, after Caila had already filmed an introductory package, later changed their minds and went with JoJo. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the producers simply found JoJo more compelling. Mike Fleiss, the franchise’s creator and executive producer tweeted that JoJo was chosen as the result of listening to Bachelor Nation, the nickname of the franchise’s devoted fan base.

Yet Caila seems to have no hard feelings towards JoJo. Caila praised JoJo as a real life Cinderella who’s stunning.

Amanda Stanton also watched the episode. Amanda, whom Ben sent home after the hometown dates, asked her fans to re-tweet a rose to the contestant whom they think deserves a first impression rose.

Amanda actually recently hung out with Lauren. Last week, Lauren posted a short clip of herself dancing with Amanda. The video also shows Jubilee Sharpe, who was also a contestant on Ben’s season, taking part in the dance party.

After sending Amanda Stanton and Caila Quinn home, Ben Higgins continued on to the overnight fantasy suite dates with JoJo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell. His decision to tell both JoJo and Lauren that he loves them caused a lot of controversy. After the season finale aired in March, which showed Ben sending a tearful JoJo home and proposing to Lauren, aired, Ben told People that Lauren is “the only woman [he’ll] love from now on.”

Since getting engaged on The Bachelor, Ben and Lauren’s social media accounts are full of photos showing them building a life together and traveling. On Tuesday morning, Chris Soules, who was the Bachelor prior to Ben, posted a photo of himself with Ben and Lauren after running into them at the Denver airport. Chris called Lauren “lovely.” Both Ben and Lauren re-tweeted the photo. Lauren told Chris to return to Denver.

Chris promised that he will return so that they can all catch up.

Will JoJo Fletcher find love and get engaged on reality TV just like Ben Higgins? Perhaps it’ll be Jordan, the former pro quarterback, whom viewers will see on bended knee? During The Bachelorette premiere episode, JoJo shared a romantic kiss with Jordan and gave her first impression rose to him.
