Lisa Vanderpump And Yolanda Foster’s Ex, Mohamed Hadid, Celebrate Birthday With Joyce Giraud

It seems that Lisa Vanderpump and Mohamed Hadid’s friendship is back on track. On Sunday, Lisa and Mohamed, Yolanda Foster’s ex-husband, helped celebrate a mutual friend’s birthday at a party held at Lisa’s establishment Pump. Also at the birthday dinner was Joyce Giraud, who starred in Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with Lisa and has remained good friends with her despite her departure from the show.

Another friend posted a photo from the night, showing everyone leaning in towards one another and looking very happy. Both Lisa and Mohamed retweeted the photo.

Joyce posted a photo of herself sitting between her husband and Mohamed.

The photos received a lot of reaction on social media. Many people said how nice it is to see that Lisa and Mohamed are friends again.

Since the very first season The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Mohamed Foster has periodically appeared on the show as Lisa Vanderpump’s good friend of many years. In Season 3, his ex-wife, Yolanda Foster, joined the show as a starring cast member. Both Lisa and Yolanda, who came into Mohamed’s life after his friendship with Lisa began, admitted that despite Lisa’s close friendship with Mohamed, they weren’t particularly close friends themselves. In Season 4, Yolanda even accused Lisa of not being supportive enough of her as she battled her illness.

The subject of Lisa and Mohamed’s friendship came under speculation during the airing of Season 6 of the show. In Season 6, as Yolanda’s Lyme disease became a topic of discussion among the cast, co-star Kyle Richards, knowing Lisa’s close friendship with Mohamed, asked Lisa during a BBQ dinner party what Mohamed had to say about his two younger children with Yolanda having Lyme disease. In a previous episode, Yolanda told Kyle that her and Mohamed’s two younger children, Bella and Anwar Hadid, also have Lyme disease.

Lisa seemed taken aback by Kyle’s question but eventually answered that Mohamed told her that the children are fine and that only Yolanda has Lyme disease. When Yolanda heard what Lisa said, she angrily confronted her during lunch in a Mexican restaurant. Yolanda offered to show Lisa the children’s medical records and said that Mohamed pays for their medical bills. Lisa refused to look at the children’s medical records and reasoned that Mohamed must have told her that the children were fine because he didn’t want to talk about it.

Mohamed actually released a public statement regarding what Lisa said. As the Inquisitr reported, Mohamed said that he “unequivocally” supports Yolanda as the mother of his children and that his reluctance to talk about the children’s health in a public setting must have been “misconstrued” to be a denial. Lisa later admitted that she must have misinterpreted what Mohamed told her regarding the children’s health and expressed regret for even talking about it when asked by Kyle.

During Yolanda’s Watch What Happens Live appearance after the airing of the Season 6 finale in April 2016, she said that she and Lisa are simply “Hollywood friends” and that Lisa and Mohamed’s friendship has been damaged over what she said on Real Housewives. According to Yolanda, Lisa and Mohamed haven’t talked to one another in eight months.

“They haven’t spoken for eight months, since she made the statement that Mohamed said the children aren’t sick. He hasn’t spoken to her since.”

However, when asked by TMZ while leaving a restaurant shortly after Yolanda’s WWHL appearance, Mohamed said that he and Lisa are still friends and always have been.

“She’s still my friend. Absolutely. She’s always my friend.”

If Lisa Vanderpump does return for another season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills despite all the drama that happened with Yolanda Foster and may or may not have happened with Mohamed Hadid, perhaps she’ll return with Joyce Giraud as a firm ally. Throughout the airing of Season 6, Joyce has been very vocal in supporting Lisa and denying the other housewives’ claim that she’s manipulative. Joyce even posted a photo from the party on Sunday that showed her and Lisa poking fun of their past squabble, shown during Season 4, over Lisa touching her hair.
