Andi Dorfman Says Josh Murray Called Her A ‘Whore,’ Relationship Was Volatile

Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray seemed to have a great relationship after she picked him on The Bachelorette. It turns out that Andi is revealing that things were not what they seemed at all. Us Magazine shared a few of the things that Andi is revealing now about their relationship. Andi admits that when they left the show, she was 100 percent sure she would spend the rest of her life with Josh.

Dorfman is now revealing that Josh would sometimes call her a “whore” or “b**ch” during their fights. Andi says that he was emotionally abusive and jealous. After their big split, Andi Dorfman started to journal, and these very private words have now turned into her new book. It is called It’s Not Okay, after the phrase that Juan Pablo Galavis used to say to everyone. Andi shared a few parts of the book. She said her relationship with Josh was “the most volatile and f**ked up relationship of my life.”

When it comes to the overnight dates on The Bachelorette, you get alone time with your final three without any cameras around. Andi did have sex with Nick Viall, but at first, she denied this to Josh because he had told her their relationship would be over if this was true. Before the episode aired, Andi told him the truth so he wouldn’t find out from watching the show. Here is how Andi shared it in the book.

“He was devastated, angry and hurt, badly. I apologized profusely for lying. He seemed to struggle over whether he was more upset by the fact that I had lied or that I’d had sex with another man. Several more apologies later, it became clear the issue was about my having sex with someone else. That one sexual escapade would become a power play used by my fiancé to justify his mistrust in me. It would be an excuse to call me a whore. And it would eventually lead to the demise of my engagement.”

Andi Dorfman’s new book is going to reveal a lot about Josh that seems to put him in a negative light. Josh is actually not okay with this, but instead of lashing out, he just simply gave a small statement about it.

Josh said, “It saddens me and is very unfortunate that Andi has chosen to characterize me in such a negative way. I pray she finds peace.”

This all comes out at a bad time for Josh, though. Andi Dorfman’s book will be released on May 17, and Josh’s new reality show Famously Single will start airing on June 14. It will air on the E! network. This show takes several single celebrities and helps them try to figure out why they are still single.

Andi Dorfman also went on to talk about one of her big fights with Josh Murray during their engagement. Andi says that Josh thought the fact that she wanted to go back to work was selfish, and he was also not happy about her relationships with other men even though they were just friendships. She gave him back the ring during this fight, but the two didn’t split until a bit later.

People recently shared that Andi Dorfman is doing something new in the television world. Andi will be hosting an evening with the cast and creative team of UnREAL. This show is actually scripted but is about how things really are behind the scenes on reality shows like The Bachelorette.
