Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Break-Up? Miley Ditches Engagement Ring

Could Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have broken up once again?

Despite throwing on the stunning engagement ring Liam Hemsworth presented her with when he first proposed in 2012, Miley Cyrus has now been spotted without her ring just days after Liam admitted that he wasn’t looking to settle down anytime soon.

Cyrus was spotted out without her engagement ring while out in Los Angeles this week, according to Hollywood Life, marking the first time Miley has not worn the jewelry in public since she and Liam reconciled late last year.

While there’s a multitude of explanations for why Miley could have opted to ditch the ring for a day, Cyrus’ first public outing without her engagement ring comes shortly after Hemsworth candidly admitted to EXTRA that he isn’t exactly looking to walk down the aisle right now.

Speaking to the site last week, Liam admitted that he still has a lot he wants to accomplish before he settles down and claimed that he’s not looking to be tied down until “later in life.”

“I’m sure one day I’ll go down that road and it will feel right,” Hemsworth admitted to EXTRA, “[but] for now, I feel very young and feel like I have a lot of things to do… I will leave that to later on in life.”

Liam also recently dispelled widely-reported rumors that he and Miley were officially engaged again in an interview with TV Week Australia, despite Cyrus publicly flaunting her engagement ring on Instagram.

“I am not engaged, no,” Liam told the Australian news source last month, shortly after Us Weekly alleged that Hemsworth never actually officially proposed to Miley again.

The site claimed in January, shortly after news broke that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus were allegedly once again engaged after breaking-off their previous relationship in 2014, that Hemsworth “never formally proposed again” to Cyrus and she simply decided to start wearing her original ring again.

A source alleged to the site that “Liam noticed” that Cyrus had started wearing the stunning piece of jewelry and claimed that the couple had “told friends they’re engaged.”

Following Liam’s very public denial that he and Miley were planning a big walk down the aisle, Hollywood Life reported that he and Cyrus supposedly have different takes on whether or not they’re actually engaged for a second time.

“Miley feels that they are engaged and will get married, Liam is happy as well in the relationship but he believes that he would have to ask for her hand in marriage again to make it official again,” a source revealed to Hollywood Life last month.

The inside source also claimed that Hemsworth’s denial wasn’t meant as a “diss” towards Cyrus, but admitted that Liam allegedly won’t consider himself and Miley to be officially engaged again until he gets down on one knee for a second time.

“He is more traditional, where Miley is resorting back to the relationship they had before they broke up. So it really depends on who you ask,” the site’s source said. “They just have different ideas where they officially stand right now.”

But while Hollywood Life is reporting that Liam never considered himself and Miley to be engaged for a second time, Life & Style claimed that the two were very much engaged and even planning a wedding.

“Just as Miley and Liam were starting to plan their wedding, he had a change of heart,” a source claimed, reporting that Cyrus “went ballistic” and “accused Hemsworth of humiliating her” with his public denial.

“She still desperately wants to marry Liam,” the Miley insider added. “He still wants to be with Miley, but isn’t sure about a lifelong commitment.”
