Move over Florida Georgia Line, because Keith Urban and Jimmy Fallon are the new country duo in town.

Urban and Fallon teamed-up during Keith’s latest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on May 6, where the two announced that they were actually forming a new country band called FML (F*** My Life).

After telling the audience about the site FMYLife.com, which displays tragic stories submitted by users from around the world, Jimmy Fallon donned his cowboy hat to announce his new musical venture, presenting his new project with Keith Urban, FML, to the world for the very first time.

“If you don’t mind, I thought we could sing a few FML country songs right now, with actual lines from the website,” Jimmy told the audience.

Keith and Jimmy then took to the stage with a guitar and a banjo, where they brought to life some of the real-life stories featured on FMyLife.com, including once verse that told the story of a homeowner who found a man peeing in his back garden.

“Today I heard water dripping from the back of our house,” Keith sung in the late night segment’s opening verse, “I went to investigate, only to find a man peeing on our garden gnome. FML.”

Urban’s FML duet partner then took his chance to sing out a real-life FML, singing about how a student had his name misspelled in his school yearbook from “James” to “Lames,” while Keith strummed along on his banjo.

“Today we got our yearbooks for school,” Jimmy sung in his best Southern accent. “I opened to my profile to see they misspelled my name, which is James. And instead, they wrote ‘Lames.'”

In another hilarious verse from the FML duo, Urban and Fallon sing of the unfortunate situation that fell upon a man who found out he’d been fired by text, and then had to pay 25 cents to receive the bad news.

Keith Urban appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week to promote his new album, Ripcord, the title of which Urban revealed in a new interview with Billboard was actually thought up by his wife, Nicole Kidman.

“She brought up the name and I was intrigued. I thought it really suited the songs,” Keith Urban revealed of Nicole’s album title suggestion. “I hadn’t found an album title that had really seemed to fit the energy of the record, particularly. The energy that I felt when I heard the name ‘Ripcord’ just really seemed to fit.”

“I also liked the metaphor of the ripcord being that thing that you reach for to save your life when you are hurdling to earth at a great speed,” Urban continued of the inspiration behind his album title to Billboard this week. “It just seemed to really fit the record for me.”

Keith also spoke out about his upcoming tenth anniversary with Nicole Kidman in the new interview, where he couldn’t help but gush over their decade-long marriage.

“It feels amazing. It’s a milestone in any marriage, so I feel extremely grateful,” Keith admitted of his huge milestone with Kidman, admitting that he’s “glad” he and Nicole get to “celebrate it together.”

Urban’s most recent comments about his wife follow Keith’s recent interview with CBS’s Sunday Morning, where he admitted that his life began when he met Nicole, with whom he has two daughters.

“Meeting her and getting married wasn’t life-changing, it was life-beginning,” Urban told the CBS morning show of how his life altered when he married Nicole Kidman in 2006. “It was literally, like, ‘Okay, life starts.'”
