Khloe Kardashian has worked really hard to achieve a revenge body and she won’t stop showing it off. In one of her latest pictures, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star put her curves on display with a camo bodysuit and hair extensions. She captioned the picture: “So in love with my @foxylocks Clip in Hair Extensions! The quality of the hair is amazing and so thick! I’m wearing the New Seamless range in Superior 22 in Sandy Blonde! use code FoxyKhloe for a free gift! Shout out to my girls.”
And it was clear that the fans couldn’t get enough of Khloe. “Love it!!! Khloe I love you, your so awesome and my daughter loves you soooo much and you inspire her so thankyou????????????????????????????????????,” said a comment.
When Khloe Kardashian posts such a hot picture, how can the other hot sister — Kourtney — be far behind? Kourtney posted a picture of herself in a military green dress that showed off her shoulders and slim legs. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star captioned the picture: “MIAMI HEAT. On my app.” Looks like she was definitely raising the temperature in Miami.
Kourtney loves to keep fit by not just working out, but making sure she has nothing but the healthy stuff. She posted a picture which showed her drinking Fit Tea and captioned the photograph “Back to my morning routine. I’m starting the day with my @fittea. Tea time!????”
However, Khloe Kardashian has been hit with plastic surgery rumors again. The Inquisitr reported that Khloe Kardashian’s nose looked slimmer than usual in the picture. Although she denies having any work done on her face, photographs rarely lie. For those who allege her of plastic surgery, she has only one thing to say: “Let me set the record straight, once and for all: I haven’t had any fillers or done any plastic surgery. YET, LOL.”
However, Khloe Kardashian went on to say that it’s a misconception that she is not “into” plastic surgery. She clarifies that it’s okay if one has surgery after every other option has been exhausted. But what about that slim nose? Khloe Kardashian blames it on makeup and face contouring. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star says “When I wash my face, my nose is wider.” Point taken!
Kourtney Kardashian, on the other hand, works very hard for the revenge body she now has. According to E! News, Kourtney Kardashian’s trainer, Don Brooks, makes sure she is sweating it in the gym. He has even developed a method that works for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. He calls his exercise regimen Don-A-Matrix, and Kourtney uses it three to five days in a week to keep her body in top shape.
“The Don-A-Matrix Method is set up to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each quarter has 3 sets of two different exercises, combined with rest or relief periods after each quarter,” Don says of his method. Not all of Kourtney Kardashian’s fans can hire a trainer, but they can certainly pick up some cues from it.
Don goes on to say that Kourtney loves to do plank and he even elaborates on the kind of exercises she likes to do. “The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist,” Don said of Kourt’s favorite exercise. “[We also do] the trunk twist along with a back row using the bands. The benefit of this exercise will give you flat abs and coke bottle obliques while removing those fat handles from the back and arms.” Are the Kourtney Kardashian fans paying attention?
