A newer, fuller, and extended version of Beyoncé’s Lemonade trailer was published to YouTube on Sunday, April 17. Within an hour, Beyoncé’s Lemonade trailer had received nearly 10,000 views. The description of the trailer gave more information about when Beyoncé’s fans could expect to see more about the mysterious Lemonade.

Only upon approaching a street camera, which shows N.O.P.D. — or New Orleans Police Department — in the security footage, does Beyoncé’s reason for carrying the baseball bat in the Lemonade trailer become clear.
The date on the security footage shown in Beyoncé’s Lemonade trailer is April 23, 2016, the same day that the Lemonade project is set to air on HBO. The black and white video footage shows “street view” in the bottom right-hand corner.
Beyoncé’s Lemonade trailer is fetching feedback online about the scary nature of the video. The imagery contained in the dark-themed videos released thus far has folks accusing the superstar of being possessed by evil, or of creating a horror movie.
